I'm not saying that a glitched run is illegitimate if that's the point you're pursuing. I was using the word legitimate to compliment the run, not make a distinction between legitimate and illegitimate runs. It's like saying that a fighting game player plays a character "convincingly".

You used the bow to destroy the crystals in the end, but you could laso use eggs or snowball that are very common and easy to obtain, same effect, but still very good run loved it
MissingTexture Yup, in some update a while ago they made it so that almost every blocks are easier to break when you hold the proper tool. The only block that the sword helps to break faster are like Melons, leaves, cobweb and those cocoa seeds in the jungle
*It makes me curious why he didn't take the iron boots and the iron hat in the chest he said he would make a full set and he would have to duplicate the iron too make a full set but it would've been easier if he took the hat and the boots so he would only have to make the chest gear and the pants* *(I havn't played minecrap in 3 years don't judge me)*

Well I can speed run mcpe under 50 min becuse of a glitch named duping were u use pistons and red stone repeaters so it takes me 30 minutes to find resources and build one and it takes me 2 mins too find a village wit a cleric so at 32 mins in I kill a zombie kill a spider and dupe their string and their rotten flesh and I dupe it until I have enough to make a bow and I farm iron and flint till i get 1 arrow and i dupe to 64 wich in the case of that will be 38 mins in my speeed run so i get dumb luck find a strong hold wich takes me 4 mins so 42 mins in then I spend 3 mins trying to kill end crystals with bow wich I’m good at so I be 45 mins in then I trie to snipe ender dragon wich I say I’m a pro useing a bow so snipeing is not that hard so I end up killing ender dragon under 3 mins becuse the bow knock it down to half held then I spam my sword then I knock it down to 1/9 health so I snipe a bit and just barley I beat it in 49:58:74 and man it was insane to due that becuse it hard for me to beat ender dragon and that what put me over time by 5-10 mins depending how nice or rude he is but for me he was nice

these weren't good runs, these were exploits of glitches that don't even make sense
You can unsplit on LiveSplit btw, the timer will then run as if it never had stopped (no time is lost)

Also, quick tip about breaking items like wood if you don't have an axe, break it with a sword because it is slightly faster than using your hand.
