Why does a flashing cost more than the panel itself? One is a sophisticated and sizeable assembly of components, the other a bit of folded aluminium and foam strip. A blatant rip off of the customers who can shop around for panels but can't install the product without them.
If a tile batten is in the way of the fixing bracket then you need to cut out a section of the batten so the bracket can be fixed to the rafter below. This is more likely with a small format tile where the batten spacing is much closer.
Hi Amar 2017 - Clearline fusion panels have roof integration features which help make the installation go smoothly and means the system can fit to a regular roof without the addition of extra timber. Check out the panels here: www.viridiansolar.co.uk/solar-products-panels-for-roof-integration.html
I have repaired loads of these, bottom flashing sliding down. Needs to be screwed to tha panel and feeding the flashings in is a right pain , real pain. To complicated. Great firm and great back up. Shame.
Excellent I have to install this system tomorrow I had never heard of it until today thanks for a very clear and easy video to understand
Excellent design, have a warehouse across the pond ? Arizona?

Damn rite no more sophisticated then a velux kit which is 60-100quid
Check out Mr Jones' DIY video where he does his own flashing and saves a stack.
At 4.07 what does it mean "remove the section under the solar panel"?

Is their any special kind of solar panel you use for installation or Normal one?

Is it easy to replace them? If one is broken after some time.
Absolutely not
Would be a nightmare in fact
This system would be a nightmare to replace a panel.

What a Palava.
Over-priced, over-complicated, and hard to source. Easier to import something more sensible.
Great panel but grossly overpriced flashing.
