      No I have run wires from the battery but on reflection I should have run it from the cig lighter socket as it doesn't draw any were near 10amps that the socket is rated for. thanks for watching Cheers Greg

    Hi Greg you mentioned you got the pole from trade tested. Had a bit of a look. Are you happy with the quality of it. I guess it’s strong enough for the dish on top

      yea it has been no problem so far we only use 2 sections of the pole on the van (and another 2 sections at the batch in the sounds ) We have been in some pretty rough weather and it hasnt given any trouble.. not sure what els is out there ... thanks for watching cheers Greg

    Can you share which 12v router you are using?

      Hi Tony We are using the Goldstream GWN7062 at the moment but I think there are better routers for power use,,, the stated power use and what they actually use are sometimes quiet different for some reason.. Thanks for watching Cheers Greg
