Hi Ann, that's a fantastic price on the meats! I use to just freeze the meat raw, but started cooking it sometimes and freezing and I love how easy it makes meals. It's seems so much faster to throw dinner together! Great haul. I'm with your grandkids, love the pb snacks. 🙂

That is a great haul. I've seen some pork butt for .99/lb this year but only got 2. I didn't think to stock up. The normal price around here is 1.19-1.59/lb on any given week. I absolutely LOVE pulled pork. I love to make tacos, burgers, Chipotle type taco bowls, just eat it. It's so good. Great haul 😊

I was just thinking about you and see you posted a video and thought it has been a while you posted. Glad you are feeling better. My Mom used to buy family size of meat and cut them into sizes she wanted. It is cheaper to do that. Good deal on the pork butt and ground beef

@@KaronWoods-vv7gu I like going early Wednesday when the sale first starts because you make sure you get what’s on sale. A lot of those sale items they have don’t come back after they’re gone. And also early mornings they usually have some of their meat marked down.

There is a lady on TH-cam who uses her pork butt in a meat grinder and makes her own ground pork. I bet that would be really good. Great for meatball mix , and all kinds of recipes. Very cheap ground pork at .99/lb
