I tried the middle point in slightly deeper flats (1m depth) and was able to get some good vibe action in the smaller 65mm. The water here is super shallow so went with the front section. In my last video I caught a better flatty using the 75mm and front tow in slightly deeper water. I'll be buying a few more of them as I really like the versatility.
I have the same issue with this lure too, keep dropping fish and missing strike for some reason, I think the tentacles make a secure hook set difficult
That silver biddie is the first fish i've seen you catch that wasn't a flattie. 😁

Does it still work if you use the middle tow point and do cast and retrieve? Or that only suited for vertical jigging?

I'm going to swap the assists for a small treble, should be easier for the hook set and not affect the vibe action

Thanks for the insight. This was a simple hop retrieve along the bottom. I'll go in to more detail in my next videos 😊
