What kills me is when people find fault with the MINOR mistakes(if there really were any)to make comments about them-and have nothing or very little to say about how EXCELLENT this man sounds(and not just this man, but anyone and anything else in life, they would find fault with; such are the bitter and shallow minded people of this world who should be marked and avoided as such, by all, or at least NINETY PERCENT of humanity)-and he and his group are EXCELLENT! 10-9-21.

People are talking about the transcription. Max plays different notes than in the transcription is what they meant. I also think that no one really meant it as an insult or anything, just pointing out a fact.

DITTO kind sir. DITTO !! Max is a supreme jazz saxophonist, PERIOD !!
And btw: If there ARE mistakes, jazz players usually turn them into usable notes, as jazz in general accepts them because improvisation of such velocity is extremely difficult and challenging, and Max navigates it brilliantly.
