I was bullied a lot when i was a kid, but in someway it helped to toughen up. My Dad told me “if they punch you attack back, but they need to attack you 1st that way you don’t get in trouble” at some point i was picking on the bullies run to the teacher or so and just taunt them cause i knew they don’t want the teacher to see what they what to do, i wouldn’t be scared to tail a someone ether. Hehe
12:20 Talking about the respect. I remember in High School, our lunch ladies were well respected, and one in particular we all loved. She was a very sweet lady. I remember there would be certain snacks where you would have to purchase them separately and there would be times where she would give me an extra for free. I also remember seeing her at a student's funeral. A teammate of mine from wrestling who sadly passed away. I remember seeing that lunch lady there as well. She was loved by all of the students.

When I was a kid The teachers told us to go to the cafeteria and get whatever you want during recess the only difference here is there was a lot more rough housing at the canteen I remember there was a kid who got his head bashed Open or was it his teeth? During an attempt to get some snacks from the cafeteria there was a grill that separated the kids and the cafeteria staff. Ah the good old days.

I'm Indonesian so i can give you some context with Indonesian School program.
1. Public School in Indonesia is Free. Things like uniform, Textbook are provided by the state. However it didn't include some complementary accessories. Thing like Belt for example are not free.
2. There's no food program in Indonesia. So yeah the state didn't cover for your meal. All the food in cafeteria is actually own by private entity. Weirdly enough some school cafeteria might actually be owned by the teachers or school staff.
3. There use to be a free milk program in Indonesia. I remember back when i was in elementary school. We often get free milk once a week. But the program stop when i was in 5th year of elementary school.
4. The food regulations in Indonesia are very lenient. Thing like Instant Noodles in lunch is not something surprising. I've seen that throughout my time learning in school. Surprisingly it's not even the most unhealthy food you can get at school.
5. School are usually divided into 3 category in Indonesia.
SD (Sekolah Dasar) Year 1-6
SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) Year 7-9
SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas)Year 10-12
Usually in public school none of these category of students mixed in one school.
6. Teacher eating at cafetaria is actually not a common thing in Indonesia. There's no rule about it as far as I know. But the teacher are often eat their lunch in the teacher room.

So here's the translation for the sign.
Silambat (The Slow one) : So the store is actually a transport/E-commerce similar to FedEx. The joke on why it's Silambat is because a lot of transport companies in Indonesia have the word Cepat (Fast) on them.
Pecel Lele: It's a popular street food in Indonesia. It consists of Deep Fried Lele (Catfish) served with Rice and sambal Pecel which is like Indonesian Condiments made of Crush chili and Garlic.
Toko Bekas (Flea Market)

One of my favorite school based games is a 2017 title called Kindergarten, tho I can't imagine it'd fit with what you just said regarding mature content, so here's a brief sum up of what occurs during lunch hour:
For context, the day resets with different items to unlock for aiding each character.
For the most part they serve so kinda 'slop' while the creepy janitor is selling 'Biscut Balls'.
Cindy, a bratty mean girl: if you agree to be her boyfriend, she'll later get frustrated that her mother didn't get her something vegan. If you get her a salad, she be all "eww, well I guess that's vegan. Why do I do this to myself?" Giving her a Biscuit Ball, leads to something at recess. After this she plots a way to further humiliate Lily after you stuck gum in her hair, and gives you a key to the janitors closet to find something gross. In there you can deny a bucket of red stuff and instead find a note on the Biscut Ball recipe. Just know that Cindy's dog was named Biscuit...
Jerome, the principal's son: after getting his laser pointer from the janitors closet, said janitor realizes, and Jerome advises you hide the pointer in the garbage can. He doesn't find it but takes the trash bag over to the bathroom. Ya go in, bribe the hall monitor, and grab the laser.
Ms Applegate, the teacher: upon 'removing' each classmate, you give Buggs a tainted nugget, rat Monty to the janitor on his spelling mistake, and rat Lily to the principal.
Buggs, the bully: with the lunch pass you got from Applegate last time, you join Buggs in "removing" her. The McGlobs Silly Meal she brought for you happened to be tainted as she was aware of the scheme against her, but activate the distraction, take the thing Bugg gave you, and... poke. Buggs also grabs a phone off her, as we go to get rid of evidence... yeah, this game is pretty dark.
Nugget, the weird kid: in a journey to become his friend, he once again instructs you give Buggs a tainted Nugget. Lily may also gift you a donut as an apology for (understandably) freaking out earlier.
Monty, the smart salesman: as Monty's making you a key, you'll need to accumulate $20 to pay him.
Lily, a girl whose brother went missing: in helping Lily, we head in the bathroom and she calls the principal with the teacher's phone to get him out of the office, to we open a strange hatch in the floor, to finally find her brother.
When I was in elementary school, 4th and 5th graders had the opportunity to help out in the lunchline. The adult would put a slice of pizza a tray (for example) then you walk down a foot or two and a student would give out fruit snacks, or whatever it was. I do remember someone being stationed to hand out milk, another person manning the salad bar, and someone even walked through the cafeteria to pick up trash.

Good vid! I also recommend you play Police Simulators Patrol Officers! It has some more serious topics like DUI and Drug stuff but it's T Rated not M Rated so not extreme! Police Simulator Patrol Officers is the most realistic Police Simulator we have right now! Police Simulator Patrol Officers is out on Steam!
The Drug and DUI stuff is just mentioned when you arrest the NPCs in the game nothing extreme is shown since it's T Rated
Also Police Simulator Patrol Officers is 12 rated in the UK. So Ages 12+ Rated
