It’s also an impact on the workforce when illegals take jobs that citizens could otherwise have. Maybe they could also put employers in jail for hiring illegals. Make it worth following our laws by making it have actual consequences for not following our laws. Pretty simple concept.
How about Tyson foods “humanitarian” layoff of tens of thousands of employees so they could replace them with illegals? And those fired employees won’t get $1500/month cash, free housing and medical. There are 'no trespassing' signs along our southern border. The Constitution has an equal protection clause requiring that states must treat an individual in the same manner as others in similar conditions and circumstances. Jan. 6 protesters were arrested for 'trespassing' and given months of prison time for the crime of trespassing. According to the equal protection clause, Idaho is obligated to issue the same punishment.

The lady declaring the bill is unconstitutional should examine Article 10 and Amendment 14 Section 1 of US Constitution that refers to Citizens and deny any person right of Due Process. Idaho has satisfied this. It will not protect you or your family from violation of US Code Title 8, Section 1325 among others. Use the door, not the window!
