Thank you for a fascinating video highlighting unique but manageable ways to build stronger glutes at home. I work mainly with intermediate runners and love understanding the rationale behind content like this. Could you please, if not now but for future videos, reference the most relevant studies related to the video? For example, here I'd be most interested to read more on the muscle activation study, anterior pelvic tilt "shutting off" the glutes, and on obligue swing. Thank you so much!
Great tutorial my friend. Glad I found your channel 👏🏻👏🏻 btw I love your outdoor setup. Thinking of doing similar here in Melbourne. Which part of the country is this.
You would need to use a wider variety of workouts like this to really build all-around strength in your glutes. You would also need to assess specific dysfunctions you may have in your feet and hips that may limit your long-term progress. This is why we built our academy. We take the holistic approach, which is the only way to really make a lasting change. This video is one of the many workouts we teach. I particularly like it because it incorporates many of the best techniques to really maximize glute engagement. But, to answer your question more simply, you would need to do a dedicated glute routine like this 2-3 times per week to see good improvement.
I was wearing Saguaros, great value for money barefoot shoes. You can check out their full range of shoes here: bfs.fit/saguaro I don't regularly wear arch support. If I do its for recovery after longer runs or intense foot strengthening workouts. I did an entire video on how to use arch support... check it out here: th-cam.com/video/BUUZD1XRpo0/w-d-xo.html
Tips. Slow down for a few of us. B. Please don't stop in the middle of the exercise routine to explain things. I'm not trying to wait while you explain lol. Thanks for the video!

You should resort this in shorts, its so odd to do it in pants while pointing out different muscles 😮
Unfortunately its too cold for shorts at the moment... But, I hope the animations helped.
