Hey hey hey another mundane monday tutorial! This time we are taking a swing at the btwist learning it using the DH method that can allow anyone to learn certain flips and spins without a gym and by simple linear progressions!

no kidding, but thats the a-twist/ aerial twist. B twist is doing the 2 first turns, and the b-twist
its much more vertical.

i think its better to stick to the sleeping mattress..
seriously, just nail the butterfly, get a good horizontal spin, jump hard and when you are actually ready try the btwist. you can also do it upstanding first with a small lift.
if i would teach this way i can see students dislocation shoulders and breaking elbows easily
