the first one you showed - velvet underglazes have no shine at all. So the after fire image would not happen without covering in clear first all over. Same with the second one which also seems to use an underglaze and would fire dull without the whole thing being covered in clear glaze.

I just discovered this channel about a week ago and I'm sad because I'm in the last few weeks of my pottery class in college and don't know how to keep doing it after that without spending a lot of money

You can always ask🥳 And if it's not possible you could look for other potters in your neighborhood, maybe they can fire your work, if you pay for electricity😊

Sorry voor mijn late reactie! Het resultaat heeft een transparante glazuur er overheen, dat maakt het glimmend. En nee met alleen je vingers gaat het transfer er niet af :)

Yes, you have to cover them with clear glaze, otherwise you can't use them :)

You can always handbuilt, and maybe still use the kiln from your college? Then you only have to buy some clay and glazes🤗

Did you try to leave the paper and bisque fire it. Maybe it will be sharp image? 🤗
I've never done that. I think it's possible, but it might give a bad smell😅
