My land burned to Ash last year...but this year, the elderberry trees have already grown to over 10 ft.The berries are more brilliant than they have ever been.Every medicine plant has come back 10 fold, and there are even some new plants that wearnt there before.

Here in the USA, our berries are not posionous to eat raw. We grew up eating them all the time right off the bush. But also, our berries grow on tall plants that are more like raspberries but very tall.

Hi there.apologies if you have already answered this question. Do I just gently heat the honey to melt so as not to destroy the goodness. Also. Does the cooking process not kill the goodness. On a side note...I made some before and didn't cook it enough a few years ago and it fermented in the bottled... was explosive!. So transferred to plastic but had to use quickly ! Thanks so much for your inspiration. Irish fan ☘🌟💫

I'm very interested in things like this elderberry syrup and the cordials, fruit leather.
