if that was my notebook, I wouldn't even be studying. I would just look at every page and appreciate the ART I made :D this is so pleasing to the eye! please keep up with your work!
it's impossible to have a "naturally ugly" handwriting! you should plactice and develop muscle memory by writing really slow. also, look up inspirations on pinterest. it's really helpful! I've been writing with an illegible handwriting for 8 years and now, after slowly writing and practicing for 2 months, my handwriting is super cute and kinda similar to Mariana's. go girl, I believe in you! if you practice slow writing a lot, you will quickly get the hang of it and you will write quickly and beautifully effortlessly!
Just keep working on it! My handwriting used to be illegible because I wrote really fast and messy but i worked on it and now people tell me I have nice handwriting
I used to have a really cute and neat handwriting but now it's so ugly and messy, because my professors speak so fast in University, no one is able to keep up. Most of us record the lectures just in case.
Yes, they're very expensive (and beautiful!) and I think that this thing would limitate my "freedom" in writing notes. I would be intimidated. And then, it's not affordable for the amount of notes I have to take.
I have anxiety and these videos actually help - not because looking at notes normally makes me less anxious (it doesn't), but because the techniques Mariana uses are so easy (use columns! Only two pens! Just write what the prof tells you, there's no magic trick to studying). Obrigada!
I had a student that used 2 diferent colors, black and another color, alternating the colors (not the black), between classes. She said it helped her recognize different days qyickly. E.g. black plus blue on day 1, black plus red day 2, lavk plus green, vlack plus blue, black llis pink... nkt a specific order just different... i think this helps for different classes too..
2 columns instead of writing across the whole page. Why have I never thought of this simple yet relieving strategy? Thank you for another great video :)
This is a beautiful notebook and beautiful handwriting. Your note-taking is so clean and organized that I can easily recognize that. Very comfortable to watch.
I can´t believe you're not a native english speaker. Your knowledge of the language is amazing! Congrats! And your notes are so neat and clean, I'm really jealous
This is so unique! I love it! If my teacher has PowerPoints online or follow the text book really well, I prefer to take my notes at home and at my own pace. While in class I'll jot down certain things that may be important. (ie formulas, key terms, outlines, ect) so it won't look like I'm just sitting there, but won't go into detail since some teachers just move too fast for my note taking
I just take notes on my laptop, and with a group of classmates we record the classes and transcribe them/write them out, and then after that I rewrite the transcription by hand on my notebook it's usually 12 digital pages per class so I have a separate notebook for each class, but I'm def gonna try the two column metod, it looks so pretty!
I'm getting there. Mine are not hella aesthetic, but they are efficient and I've been able to improve my grades! I use a metallic gel pen and a glitter one, I've grouped my subjects into 'color groups'. Honestly, choosing to study instead of watching TV or doing some other irrelevant stuff was one of the best ideas ever.
Your correction methods are superb! Was wondering how in the world are your notebooks so neat without any strike throughs. A cleaner notebook is more peaceful for the mind. Relaxed mind leads to better studying. Great tips there!
This was a really good video Mariana, I love the different views and the various ways you make your work aesthetic. It’s so motivating especially during exam periods! Much love 💕
Perfeito.
@Mariana's Study Corner I'm a fan of your videoes. So much so that I've showed my colleagues at work. They think that your writing is too, too neat and organized. They've even gone online to try and find the "font" that you're using. It was a big to-do. They even tried to say that you printed out your notes using the "font" you downloaded and then had the notes bound in a moleskin book cover. I, then, showed them several of your other videos of note taking and organization, especially the one using the iPad. It still did not end the discourse. Therefore, I told them that I'd write you to ask if you'd do a quick handwriting video to show your unique style of writing and note taking. Btw, it has inspired me immensely. Thanks in advance!
Amazingggg!!!! Aesthetically pleasing yet practical. I love it!!!! Everything is very practical and relevant. Other channels are too “EXTRA” and “Over the top” for me.
Really liked your video! I’m starting my first year of uni in march and I’ve been looking for some help in note taking, and this was really helpful! thank you a lot ❤️
I writey notes the second way. Two columns.eft foraim notes and right got my input or comments. I'm glad I'm not the only one who writes this way. I've done this for years. Your handwriting is neat though.
I just have to ask...do you ever make a mistake in your note? I see not scratch outs or white outs, etc. And how you keep it all so neat when taking notes in a lecture is beyond me. Impressive.
Do you have any tips for creating a vocabulary notebook for learning language! at the moment i just do colummns but it looks sooo boring! PS. thank you for putting all the tips in the description!
im not Mariana ( ) but you can try flashcards, or drawing symbols, or drawing connections between your mother language/ a middle language you know that is closer to the learning one...
Aww what sexy notes, super neat. It is cool that you are so neat and organized, most of us are not :) and need messy parts. Also pictures, some people like to draw as a way to remember. Thank you, great video.
I liked the two-column notes idea and I tried it and it didn't really work as well because 1) I have bigger handwriting 2) I used a smaller notebook (a composition notebook) so I recommend that you use a larger notebook to do it in and write smaller (if possible)
I really enjoy watching your videos. In this video you mentioned learning English, which I have noticed because you are practicing English in these videos. It is great you are practicing, what I would recommend is to try to speak more say more things without being afraid of making a pronunciation or grammar mistake. No one will probably screw you for sounding wrong. As it is, I was learning Portuguese last summer, which I really enjoy, even though I am not a Portuguese speaker I can understand it. Also I have seen your Japanese pens, they are so cute. Any way I am also learning Japanese and seeing your pens made me keep watching your videos. Are you learning Japanese?
Hello Mariana! I looove your videos so much! Could you please make a video about how to make an Excel spreadsheet to organize your budget? It would be so helpful! 💚
This is so practical! I have a question though: how do you fit all your subjects into one notebook? I started using a ringed binder and paper with holes punched into it because the blank pages that were left in the end of a notebook back when I had a separate notebook for every subject, drove me crazy :/
I love your videos! But I wanted to ask how you were inspired to use one notebook for all your classes , and the pros and cons of this system and who it would be suitable for?
Is there any chance you could provide us with a template of your alphabet? Just a few rows with all of the letters of the alphabet (capital and small letter) and numbers from 0 to 9? Maybe also the classic "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog "? I would LOVE to have my own writing like yours and that template would really help. Thank you in advance and also keep up the great work you are doing with your blog and YT channel.
this notebook is more organized than my life
Hahah lol, good joke
yep, same
Yousra Bezah Me!!!
Yousra Bezah this deserves more likes.

ur handwriting is *DIVINE*
if that was my notebook, I wouldn't even be studying. I would just look at every page and appreciate the ART I made :D this is so pleasing to the eye! please keep up with your work!
My thoughts exactly! This makes me want to cry😢 it's so beautiful.
Wow it looks like it's printed
Mariana. You are absolutely fantastic. You should work as a professional note-taker. You could copy your note-books and sell them.
lol yea
That’s a thing?? Wow I never knew
@@Itsshegooo people make good bank selling their notes
my handwriting is naturally ugly because I'm a fast writer plus I cant write in straight line without any guide 😢

but i like ugly and fast handwriting tbh
Leslie Perez A thing my sister does is writing on a scratch notebook then writing it again later at home. Her note are pretty nice
Wow, I would like to have such confidence to use a MOLESKINE to take notes 😍
Sara Pone why so?
Clara G D Probably because they're extremely expensive and the person is scared to ruin it with imperfect notes
Yes, they're very expensive (and beautiful!) and I think that this thing would limitate my "freedom" in writing notes. I would be intimidated. And then, it's not affordable for the amount of notes I have to take.
I would recommend getting a cheaper notebook to quickly jot down all the things you need to keep, then rewrite everything in a moleskine prettier.

Your handwriting is so pretty and your notes are like a textbook! Lovely!
Your notebook is a work of art 😭♥️ Which pens are you using on it?
Eduarda Bauer I believe she is using the Staedtler Fineliners. (She mentioned using them a lot in her recent what's in my bag video.)

Wow, I would like to have such confidence to use a MOLESKINE to take notes!!
Hi! I love your tips, can you elaborate more on tip #2-the two column method? Thx
I liked the two-column notes idea and I tried it and it didn't really work as well because
1) I have bigger handwriting
2) I used a smaller notebook (a composition notebook)
so I recommend that you use a larger notebook to do it in and write smaller (if possible)
Wow! Very good! Your notebook very nice! Tank you😁
Great video Mariana, really enjoyed it. Thank you.
Can you please tell me what pen do you use?
i absolutely love this method and im going to try it out thank you

K Carter i think she mixes different methods
Thank you so much it is gonna help me in my new class
Is that the note book you use in class or do you rewrite after class. 💖 the neatness of it.
its the book she uses in classes, to all of them
at home she probably separates everything
