Choma moto 400F/200C
Halafu shusha 350F/180C

@@Binti1801 Sorry darling it sounds kama moto ulikua mkali sana. I started with 400F/204C for 10 mins and then 350F/176 for about 30 mins

My favourite, all time recipe. Tried without the egg in another recipe and tried it with egg in your recipe i think it works well with an egg (kiini cha yai). Just how i wanted. JazakAllah

Sallams Dada my cake came out a little heavy without much holes in it. I dont know if my hamira has lost its power..also the top had a few deep cracks i dont know if you can help solve this solution..The taste was yummy and quiet a few slices have been eaten. Not bad for my first attempt. Any tips on how to perfect it would help me greatly. Asante in advance.
Sorry to hear about your bread but I think you did good if its your first time, it could be the rice not blended well and thats why the bread is dense.
