I think this is the best how to read more books video that I've seen 🙂 I loved that you pick 4 books of different genres and start them all together! I've never seen anyone do this intentionally before, but it makes perfect sense. Also that you learn a new skill each year & focus on self improvement. Love love love, as always!! X

@@folksurvival Idk man my friends mom died from covid (and I know it was so, not some BS case). If you are an at risk group then it's something to be aware of. If you are a healthy young person then the safety level is relatively the same

This is going to sound crazy but I managed to read 100 books last year and the only way I managed this is audiobooks, they're life savers! I use Libby, it's the best! Also Goodreads is such a good way to keep you on track.

Am I the only one who has trouble with listening to audio books because it is hard for me to listen to books without doing nothing? Like, when reading I trigger my eyes too so my brain is fully occupied I guess? weird I know.. lol
Hi, thats totally normal because our minds wonder! What a lot of people do is play phone games while listening to it, personally I like to listen to them while I'm drawing! Find some activity that is repetitive but fun and do it while you listen to it

Hey Morgan! I would love to see a video on your favourite fantasy books! I can't stand non fiction or self help books but I love the idea of reading a few different books at a time. I do this as well. Even though they are all fantasy usually, I will read 2-3 different subgenres of fantasy at a time or 2-3 fantasy books that have a very different feel to them, or kind of theme to them. This helps me to read more of my favourite genre yet still prevent boredom. Great video!!

Great advice and I’m exactly 2 years in now reading 50 books per year. This year (nov 21-22) I’m reading 100 books and already 4 deep! I also loved the mountains. Reminds me of here in Colorado.

I read my first book in years this year! I read a lot of manga/comics but not many books, so it felt I was missing out on a lot. Started with carry on and beauty & the beast and now I’m digging into finishing the Harry Potter series for the first time! After that I’m thinking: song of Achilles, heart stopper, the odyssey, Matilda, captive prince series and idk whatever looks fun! It’s so nice to get into a story - it feels so exciting and I missed it : ) my aim is 12 books for this year (on the 6th)
Yea, Kimberly, it doesn't matter what you read. To be honest it doesn't even matter how you read (ie audiobooks). Read what ever sparks joy! Edit: and don't let anybody shame you for what you read!
As always your video is awesome! My goal this year is 30 books. Last year it was 26 but I only read 20, which I think it's pretty okay. I will definitely put your tips to use! One that helps me a lot is to bring my book in my bag, so when i have long lines at the bank or on my lunch break I can get a good chunk of the book done. ps. I didn't knew you are learning Spanish! in the UK, the free audiobooks app is called Borrow Box. Its so cool. But the only downside is that you have to wait for the popular audio books which can take months.

If you haven't read it already then I highly recommend The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah! I read it back in the beginning to 2018 and it was my favorite book of that year and will continue to be my favorite. I've recommended it to so many people since then and the few who have read it feel the same.

I was just thinking how can I read 50 books a year like Morgan does. I can read maximum 20 a year (I'm close to finishing this year's Good reads challenge) but not sure if I can exceed that limit. But I'll try your tips :)
I put a challenge on good reads to read more books but unfortunately i couldn't achieve it because my hard work outside, i came home very tired and starting the house chores from cleaning and cooking. 😢 i am so disappointed with my self.

I'm currently on my 116th book of the year! My goal for this year is 120 books, so that's gonna be easy lol
If you haven't read it already then I highly recommend The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah! I read it back in the beginning to 2018 and it was my favorite book of that year and will continue to be my favorite. I've recommended it to so many people since then and the few who have read it feel the same.

I was just thinking how can I read 50 books a year like Morgan does. I can read maximum 20 a year (I'm close to finishing this year's Good reads challenge) but not sure if I can exceed that limit. But I'll try your tips :)
12 books a year sounds like a good goal for me. I am quite a slow reader so it seems like an attainable one.

I put a challenge on good reads to read more books but unfortunately i couldn't achieve it because my hard work outside, i came home very tired and starting the house chores from cleaning and cooking. 😢 i am so disappointed with my self.
Yo pasé de 13 libros en 2018 a 55 en 2019 y estoy muy contenta. Además de aprender, como dices, noto que mi memoria y atención han mejorado. ¿Conoces a Marcel Pagnol? Si no has leído nada de él, te lo recomiendo. Especialmente 'El agua de las colinas' (The water of the hills). Son dos libros: 'Jean de Florette' y 'Manon of the springs'.

I think people that can read that much are lucky. People with slow processing or learning disabilities don’t read as well as others.
