@@paulac1762 when you start your distilled water regime, you should move into it slowly. Baby steps. Drink 500ml a day and the rest of your water you usually drink. Tap, or mineral water from the store. After a month, switch to 1 litre distilled, and rest tap/regular water. After the third or fourth month, switch completely to distilled. But make your own distilled water at home rather than getting it from the store. You should make use of a pressure cooker and some copper wire. Try to avoid plastic when using hot water as the water leeches the plastic and you're drinking plastic distilled water. So make sure it's a stainless steel pressure cooker with copper wire, and output the water into a glass or stainless steel jug.

I've been drinking it for 30 years, but last year my heating element broke so it was a bit difficult to find parts, started buying filtered water it's the worst ever. I miss my distilled water! Get your minerals from foods and supplements never from water. Any minerals found in water is from rock source and can cause build up of plaque in arteries. Your body cannot assimilate inorganic rock minerals. Those minerals are for plants, the plants assimilate the rock minerals and we eat the plants. Any minerals found in water is nutritionally insignificant, never depend on nutrition from water. Water's sole purpose is to cleanse and hydrate! Properly made Distilled water PH is perfectly Neutral. Any tools used for testing may register distilled as acid but that's a lie. What's really happening is that the pure water molecules are making contact to a inorganic metal so the water is trying to attach itself to it as a cleansing solvent because water cleanses inorganic material out of your body. Another myth is that distilled water will make you leach calcium and make your bones weak, this is not true and scientifically and biologically impossible because your minerals that your body utilizes is already chelated and in an organic form. All that info for you in a brief summary. Enjoy!

Water is meant to have minerals in it. It is meant to be one of the most healthy things you can consume and should have amazing health benefits. I don't know when people forgot this. Of course it shouldn't have all the terrible stuff they put in our tap water but I think rain water and especially water from springs are really good for you. It heals illnesses and gives you amazing energy, just drinking a glass of it makes you feel great. Of course we don't all live near springs but I just wanted to remind you what water actually is.

Distilled water is pure. Minerals should be gotten from your foods. Fluoride and calcium as well as additives put in our drinking water by humans are poisonous to our bodies. Unless you fast a lot or eating foods that are processed or bankrupted of god-given vitamins and minerals, then you should drink other kinds of waters not faucet water. Otherwise, calcium buildup and kidney failure as well as high cholesterol, hypertension is what you want.

They've found microplastics in not only rain water and springs, but even in newborn babies.
At this point people should be actively trying to cleanse themselves of the toxins that are a constant byproduct of our post-industrial world.
That's not to mention everything else that's made its way into the tap water systems and what filtration systems fail to remove completely.
Distilled water seems like a great way to do that.
General diet and even supplements can easily compensate for the minerals and electrolytes.

The fluoride and chlorine in tap water caused osteoarthritis in two dogs that I know. One stopped drinking tap water and suddenly became agile and young again. Even her coat went back to its original color. (This will take anywhere from 10-90 days fully).
The other one was our dog and I didn’t know then what I know now and he died way before his time. I ONLY feed my pets and myself distilled water now. The vet will tell you this isn’t true but it is and it’s easy to research it - plus I have my own proof now.
I think it’s so evil to peddle meds to all these people and animals when a simple cure exists (if the water is what is causing it and 90% of the time it is).
My cats are both making an amazing recovery doing acrobatic things I haven’t seen them do in years.
They are 13 years old. I have been taking taurine each day to combat the chlorine in my own tap water. (For bathing, and I am only drinking the distilled). My health changes have been insane too!
And I now believe that animals (and humans) do not just age and die with health issues. Every single home in this neighborhood (I was a pet sitter so I knew the animals and people around here) has people and animals with the same issues.
All the humans have thyroid/hypertension/foul taste in mouth/COPD and all the cats have cancer or behavior issues with feline cystitis and most of the dogs have arthritis and brain issues or lipomas.
I tested the water with a meter and it tested in the 400s! I was so astonished by this. At any rate, I healed my cats of their feline cystitis, pain when they sat or stood and behavior issues simply by changing to distilled!
Also, if you already have thyroid issues chlorine bleach will really exacerbate it. It really did for me. The taurine helps but rubber gloves for cleaning may also help if you don’t want to switch. ❤️
