Really good info ℹ️! I myself from Texas and been checking out acre land there undeveloped of course (preferably above 3 acres and up ) been thinking to buy some or start paying .( if possible of course from Texas ) it looks beautiful doesn’t have a lot of people and not hot 🥵!that and to be honest didn’t know it was parts of USA then Canada so glad it’s gun laws are actually good for me then to sell them ( Canada is like California might as well not have any guns )
Do you think the elevation with home in the market could be because people cant afford the payments or loss of income or possibly people moving out of Alaska? Just wondering what your thoughts might be?

I think it’s because people have resisted moving for years but life necessitates that they move due to opportunities, death, etc. I’m going to analyze some new metrics I was thinking about today for a future video.
