I have one of those it works very well and the led light is very handy
I have the same tool, and it takes 2 AAA batteries.
You mentioned yours uses 2 AA batteries.
Perhaps the manufacturer made a change at some point . Either way this is a nice compact tool that works well .

Make a video on how to change the battery. Because it sucks, and it might line up.the light may stay on.
This video says you release the clip and the black part comes off, but not on mine. It would have helped to have the video show how to actually open it without breaking it.

Don't know how to change batteries
To change batteries, Just push down firmly on small RED button located on the end of tool right next to the BLACK on & off button. While pushing down firmly on small RED button , slide back the black section , which is the battery door cover. Mine was very tight but it came off. Also , mine uses 2 AAA batteries unlike what is stated in the video. Perhaps there was a design change at some point?

You should SHOW how to change the batteries. Its plastic and I dont want to break my new tool. Have to tape it together the rest of its miserable life. Then I wont like it. I just paid nearly $300 for a kit of several Milwaukie tools and no instructions and no body shows how to, I don't mind saying you are lousy st this, give it up, make home movies, don't waste my tine. Think what you are doing and do it completely ,
It's really easy actually. Allow me to explain. First you take your thumb and index finger then shove them up your ass! Simple as that. Have a good day Sir!
