    About 2 years ago I had 0 mini-bikes, then I bought a Coleman, did a bunch of mods, after market air filter, carb, bigger jet hole, exhaust, aluminum billet flywheel, gov. delete, also have the BraveX TC which works really good.
    Then I wanted rear suspension, looked at some old exercise equipment and said to myself, "This is how it begins" So I made another with full susp. So that's 2.
    Now I just bought a Baja Warrior for $300.00 in decent condition (for an old bike).
    Yeah, I have 3 mini-bikes now at the age of 52, I am also 6'2". 😁

    Hey, alright guy! Loved the video. I'm all about minis. Good stuff my friend. I'm currently running 2 Baja DB30S, 2 MM80s, Trailmaster MB223 and a Yerf Dog named Hot Balls Johnson! I'm always working on them and checking out others videos in the mini bike community. Thanks for your contributions, I'm subbed up for more brother man!

    I have one of those bikes. I got it from my wife's brother. We moved soon after, so it is currently in storage. I am not sure which one it is at this time. I will go to our storage building soon. I will find out. I can hardly wait to ride it. When I grew up, i had a Honda XR - 75. I went 45mph. I bought it from a friend who used it to race with. He went up in horsepower, and sold that bike to me.I had a blast. We used to be able to ride our bikes at a place where we used to camp. And I used to see people riding those Baja bikes there. They never could catch up with me. But somebody did something wrong, and once when we were leaving we learned, no more powered bikes there. including 3 wheelers.

    The earliest a Baja Warriors came with a jackshaft attached to the motor mount stock. I am currently looking to convert it to a tc.

    What are the differences in a baja heat model and the warriors? I think mine is a heat but I'm not sure and it has been painted. I'm intrested in removing the governor or possibly the torque convert kit. Some kits require modifications dur to crankshaft differences.

    Buying a older 196cc for 700cad soon, i was gonna get a dirt bike but these are just to cool, and more road worthy for street riding too

    • @sekovittol3124
      @sekovittol3124 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      People say "Why don't you get a dirt bike man?!"
      I got these mini bikes to break them, If I blow a motor, I buy one off the shelf and slap it on.
      These mini-bikes are made to be modified at the price they are, not many people want to screw around with a $4-5000.00 dirt bike.
      You break these things, a trip to the hardware store and your up and running again.

    I got one of the green baja warriors but when I got it it was already crashed and the fenders were replaced then spray painted green, the only way I could tell the year was the fake tank. I fixed it up a bit so now it has a predator 224 max performance and it goes bout 55mph

      Make an ad in Kijiji or similar and tell people you are looking for one to fix up. It may not need fixing, but you basically said you want one cheap without telling them your budget.

    • @tylertaughtme
      @tylertaughtme  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is one of the best frames for you if you are a big dude. This or the full size Coleman equivalent but I like the baja frame better. I know a few guys over 6ft riding one. Definitely will want a stage 1 on it and the motor that comes on these is pretty much the same thing as a predator 212cc so I always build the 196cc or 200cc that come on them vs. swapping a 212cc. Thats my food for thought on it. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have or reference my other videos for cool baja builds.

      I am 5'11" and have the newer camo Baja. I raised the seat about 4" and put bicycle springs underneath the seat for a MUCH better smoother ride. The raised seat made it much more comfortable, although it did raise the center of gravity also. The higher center of gravity is not a factor unless you are going fast. I ride through woods and swamps so I am not typically going fast, so it is less of an issue.
