Things done include removing the governor, swapping out the tank, fixing the carb and setting up the new throttle linkage. And of course I take it for a test ride at the end. Hey, I have a Baja Warrior. We moved from Texas, and when we were leaving I got this bike. I am not sure which model it is yet. I have not had time to look it over. Once we get a shed build or bought, I will bring it home from our Storage building. I will update with another message. I hope to be able to work on it. Its been parked for a long time. But not outside. So hopefully no rust.

I got the same type of Mini Bike you should do all the typical mods to it and double that top speed and power output. A 265 Cam in that thing would be great along with a header pipe and non epa carb. Too much restriction with that box muffler and air box.

First, great video, thank you, it was very informative. I actually trash picked the same baja warrior someone put out on the curb. The guy said "the motors blown" as he saw me loading it in my truck. Carb cleaner, fresh gas and oil, new spark plug and it started first pull!
Why bend the throttle? Where's this other video you mentioned?...I looked at all your posted videos and can't find it. You also mentioned a couple times about adjusting the valve lash...how and why?
