गावठी मटण रस्सा - Gavti Mutton Rassa Ingredients:
250 gms Mutton
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tsp Oil
Juice of ½ Lemon
½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Onions
1-2 tsp Oil
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1-2 Cloves
1 Cardamom
3-4 Black Peppercorns
1 cup Coriander Leaves
1-2 Bay Leaf
5-6 Red Chillies
4-5 Green Chillies
½ cup Garlic Cloves
5-6 Stone Flowers
2 inch Cinnamon Sticks
Mace Blade
½ Star Anise
1 Cardamom
10-15 Black Peppercorns
2-3 Cloves
2 tbsp Dry Coconut (grated)
2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
5-6 tbsp Oil
1½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
⅛ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala
⅛ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Curd
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Water
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
Coriander Leaves
