Yep, we just go to grizzco immediately and start playing. I don't buy clothes or weapons or really go to the shop to buy items because I don't need them, I'm never playing other modes.
Personnally I go to Harmony every other day (for the calming music) and collect Grizzco rewards when I see a big number (btw you can't accumulate more than 99 rewards). But it's so annoying, I understand why people would skip it.

To salmon run mains, the greatest rewards in the game are the ones you can use in salmon run.
