That is one of the most technical and survival snowboarding lines I’ve ever seen in my entire life. You really put your skills on display here. Also, I’m curious how your base looks after all of that scraping!
Damn, that section at 12:00, right traverse to anchor, that was sketchy, maybe too sketchy ? Anyway what a great adventure, congrats, you must have enjoyed it, especially when it's done !! 🤜🤛👌👌👌
Incredible video, so good to see it from your perspective like that. I'm curious about those anchors, were you just passing the rap rope around the installed rope / cordelette? Doesn't it create a lot of wear in the anchor rope when you pull it down?
If you climb down by the rope, you leave that material (rope, friends, carabines) there? Or climb again to take it? I am not mountaineer, just interested how it works 😁
Strike 3…kristor is a better rider and has bigger balls then me but he just use the pick side of his piolet to dig out a corded anchor that was frozen. Uhhh, hello! I would highly highly recommend not riding with him on any lines of consequence…he doesn’t have the fundamental mountain travel safety down. However he does seem like a nice guy and is a great snowboarder
lol is this a ski line or is this a mountaineering line that you happened to haul ur board up and down? :D good stuff tho, i wouldn't have the balls to keep my skis on for that much exposure. i'd have downclimbed almost the whole thing
Survival Line, looks like all of your skills were tested on that one. I love how humble everyone is in Cham, you'd never know from talking to the person sitting next to you out on the bar patio that they just did some crazy shit earlier that day.
of course they can ask you 10 euro for a small beer down in the city. here are your 10 euro, you can take the t-shirt, the ski-boots. i'lll keep the ice axes. don't die
“Splitboard for sale, used only once”.
😂
Only ridden 30 minutes
lol, to be fair most of the base scratches and stuff can be fixed with a little ptex etc... though the edges are a bit harder to repair.
wondering if this counts as snowboarding 😅

Crazy line ! Don't forget your stopper knots during your rappels !! Cheers !
Haha yeah... i saw that too!
Never seen multi pitch snowboarding before! Sick!
I really enjoy the serenity of experiencing this without music
This is a level of snowboarding that I don't even want to achieve. You guys are nuts 😂

Madness, I felt sick watching this! Keep up the good work 😃🤘🏻
what in the hell is this? absolutely bonkers. Beauty!!!!
I had the privilege of snowboarding the Marinelli with Remy. A great person that we all miss. Well done Kris, Remy’s routes are some of the toughest.
Thanks for sharing your adventures!
holy moly krister. saw the tracks from the midi.. insane. bravo.
Yeeesss, give us more of this please!!!
Krister, this was the most gripping snowboard descent I've ever watched on video. There's no place like Chamonix.
Looks like proper type 3 fun
Abseiling from climbing route with skiing equipment :) Great video though ! keep inspiring us !
Absolute Madness, keep up the great work!
Love from Switzerland❤
I was really shitting myself at times like when thescrewgate was a pain! Phew!! Bet you went crazy that night . Thanks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
That line is absolutely mental. Gz on the descent!
Chamonix stonegrind......Good adventure boys.
That was insane ☠️ well done!
Incredible stuff
one of the gnarlist things I have ever wathced on here, this is some Pica level shit
Good thing Kristor didn’t pop an slab and forget to tell his buddy who decided to setup in the gun barrel
Haha damn, hate is strong with this one
Goddamn. It’s not even fun at that point, it’s just for the bragging rights haha. You guys are so crazy. Great job
If you rappel it in summertime bringing a bike you can be the first to cycle it ;)
Haha Do it ! :D
Gnarly as fck, love it , you guys rock !
looks like a fun cruise
nothing like bringing your trad rack for a day out snowboarding
Incredible video, so good to see it from your perspective like that. I'm curious about those anchors, were you just passing the rap rope around the installed rope / cordelette? Doesn't it create a lot of wear in the anchor rope when you pull it down?
Yes it does.. We changed some, and put a couple of new ones. But we also did one from a really old one....
the only line in cham with no tracks.
Apart from everything that was said already: new boots?
You guys are crazy 😮
Good job guys
Split board with hard boots lol, never seen such a setup before
Would be sweet if you did a video on jump turning on a snowboard! There aren’t any videos out there to talk about best practices for it
Thats a good idea!
This is some really crazy Chamonix shit 🔥😱
You guyssssss ! crazy shit , bravo :) I hope the beer at moo bar had a better taste than ever after that !
Haha the burger was enough, didnt have room for beer🤪
What a line ! How can u be sure the last anchor is strong enough and not used or fragile due to the cold ?
We weren't sure.. It was a old one and it was very questionable..
The belay on the skipole was very comforting either.😅
Cham style. Know the feeling…😅
Sick line!
good ol cham, makes people go hard. ED+++ aller
Went all the way up to the Aiguille just to rappel down on snowboard/skis. 🤷♂️
Theon sure moves well in the mountains for an Ironborn
🤣🥰
This is raaaaaaaad 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great stuff. Did you make the last pherique down from the plan?
Are the yellow boots a colorful 24/25 disruptive model or a new boot?
Correct! Trying out some different plastic 🙏
Nice!
Bro, you invented a new ice climbing snowboarding sport where you're close to dying at all times. 😆 JFC
haha
You should post more gopro videos. I also would love to see more uncut footage of the climb and decent
I think everything is in the video😅 we skinned up in the sun and droppen in from the top 💪
One of the most intense lines i've ever seen
That ended up a big workout session 😂
Take good care!
If you climb down by the rope, you leave that material (rope, friends, carabines) there? Or climb again to take it? I am not mountaineer, just interested how it works 😁
This is true!
Holy shit dude, what a video!
Alps style skiing!!
Rackin’ up some chamonix steep miles 🤙 staying for the season?
How do you get the ropes?
You know it's steep when you cant tell if the video is upside down or right side up
Håhå adventure!!
Bonkers😵💫🤯🙃
I think I made this joke before, but I am looking forwards to you "snowboarding" the north face of Eiger at some point.
Hahaha
Soooo would this be considered to be lead skiing?
Krister is da man!
wait, what boots are those? sick "line" :D
Its key equipment boots🤑
new model or just next year color ??@@kriskopa
What did the bottom of your board look like after this?
Not great! Had to get it fixed the day after!
Mad man
"downclimbing with a snowboard instead of spikes"
Badass
Do you just leave the anchors?
Yes :)
Remember when 45degrees was steep. Holy fuck krister
45 degrees is flat
The editing made this very hard to follow
(: Trying my best
Strike 3…kristor is a better rider and has bigger balls then me but he just use the pick side of his piolet to dig out a corded anchor that was frozen.

Hehe changed out the old cord since it looked like shit🥰 But yeah, ill send people your way if they wonder about going skiing with me or not🤣
You'd better climb it first to know all the features and then ski. I'd likely made a descent on foot much faster.
POV me with new rentals
lol is this a ski line or is this a mountaineering line that you happened to haul ur board up and down? :D
good stuff tho, i wouldn't have the balls to keep my skis on for that much exposure. i'd have downclimbed almost the whole thing
god damn.
i must be the only one thinking that but "what the point?"
Survival Line, looks like all of your skills were tested on that one. I love how humble everyone is in Cham, you'd never know from talking to the person sitting next to you out on the bar patio that they just did some crazy shit earlier that day.
Typ 2 Fun?
BRO bro bro 😮😮😮

don't die
Rått Krister 🎉❤
Korsen boots bruke du her?
oh wow scarebears.
ur crazy
wow
Why?
Prefer surfing fast on big surfaces vs this abseiling with wrong gear 😂
Sorry kris, men... er dette boarding😊? Ser mer ut som fjellklatring med brett. Som i min verden virker litt upraktisk😂❤️
alot of rappeling no real down the line riding, kinda climbing with an added disadvantage
I quite honestly do not understand the fun of this.
why 😂😂😂
Give me Travis Rice's Pillow Line any day!!
This is not fun to watch. Hope you enjoy doing it 😅
That’s not steep! It’s fricken vertical! Ball-Z
Isn't that dangerous 🤨?
*Promo SM* 🤗
This is all going to end badly. And for what?
