Thank you for all this information❤
If You make another collection of answers could You talk about Jobs examples and how to cope with all that it implies? I have trouble finding what to study or work being autistic 😢

Bummer, I missed it ! I'm hoping you have some material on managing monotropism, especially how to transition out of it when we need to be on time. That is honestly one of my top 2 life ..... f*ckovers / stumbling blocks. Thank you AND KEEP UP YOUR GREAT WORK! THanks for putting your journey of self discovery out there, you are demonstrating the kind of courageous vulnerability that all humans need to be practicing... to build a more inclusive world where everyone is treated with dignity and we don't need to hide all our imperfections. BC I firmly believe that the *strategic* sharing of our imperfections are the most empowering and universal things we can share about ourselves.

I’m watching right now while I’m feeling very low. I have ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. I’m not sure if I have Autism but I’m speculating (because there are signs). What you said about being your “favorite self” makes me want to cry tears of relief and joy. I’ve always interpreted being my best self as pushing myself as far as I literally could to do everything as close to perfect as possible. Or, it’s so much constant pressure when I’m not at “my best.” I feel guilty and shame myself. Thank you so much for this reframing! I can tell this is going to help me (and others) so much :))
PS: I love the new hair! I’ve been thinking about dying mine pink after keeping my natural brown for a few years

Can you talk about school and autism/adhd? I just started 10th grade and my school changed so much and I’m also overwhelmed because there’s more kids in high school this year😭
