Thank you for your videos this year, Michelle! I have really appreciated being able to follow your journey, and you have articulated yourself so well. I'm still coming to terms with my own AuDHD (I only found out less than 2 years ago), and your perspective (as well as other content creators) have been helpful in making me feel less alone. I hope you have a wonderful festive season, and all the best for 2025. Take care. - A forty-something Aussie-born, now living in Canada
@@funderground81 I'm so glad you've joined me on this journey. Thanks for your kind words. I hope you're enjoying your cold Christmas! 36c here today. Summer has arrived. All the best to you for 2025 also!
💖 im so glad the dx has been good for you. I got mine in 2007 & I'm still very grateful for it, but have no clue how my masking works 🤣 i apparently do it a lot, but cant figure out how... according to the quiz... I've also found the dx has been much less helpful in the long run than I'd hoped.
@@WoohooliganComedy Thank you. Masking is so complex. We learn how to adapt and camouflage our natural behaviours based on our observed feedback since early age so to us, it's just how we are, but I have found that looking back on things I found really hard but was told I had to do, as a child, has helped me uncover what I've had to adapt (ie mask).
