Yes, i was thinking that when i wrote Megaman vs. Pacman, god bless Sakurai loves the old fashin style and not use the cliche fighting games stuff, like cutscenes and overly "thundering radical" efects.
Honestly, BBA Mega Man is pretty awesome, but I think it would have gone over better had Capcom not also cancelled those Mega Man games and refused to put out any more. I like a lot of things about him - his weird, bumbling, yet chivalric personality, how that personality contrasts with his crazy red eyes, his somewhat useful version of Roll and that surprisingly powerful Mega Buster! Still, I'm honestly glad that Nintendo is showing the original Mega Man some proper respect. And Pac-Man in this game seems pretty blah on all fronts, so I'm glad Nintendo took him in as well. ^_^
The one one thing I will praise about pacman in this game is that he has a good voice. It's way more tolerable and energetic than how he sounds in the TV series.
