@@noctyeevee8978 don't lose hope yet, there is a smash fangame called "Super Smash Bros. Crusade" and in the gamebanana you can download Toro as a additional full fighter and it's actually pretty good with hidden final smashes and everything, just like in PSABR
Sadly it won't happen. They're owned by SONY and I doubt Nintendo would want SONY characters I'm Smash. (And if they did want a SONY character Ratchet and Clank would have the best chance)
Seriously, idk how it happened - i have real PS3 and i know you can't play as these cats, Coul, Megaman and Packman in Arcade mode. I believe, i have hacked PC version and my antivirus almost blocked this game.
It is very noticeable that he is emulating it in RPCS3 Since by default the game does not jerk and is what I notice a lot in the Gameplay, a feeling of slowness and low FPS.
