I made it...I’m so proud of myself. I’m super scared of raw seafood and parasites. So... I boiled water and after cleaning my shrimp and rinsing them thoroughly I quickly poured some hot water on my shrimp that were in a bowel in the sink. I quickly removed the water. That cooked them enough for my liking. I followed all your other steps. Thank you so much for sharing all these recipes.
I am in love with Mexican food and You are the only person that I have found on u tube that can speak clear English with out the heavy accent.i love that you mix it up with Spanish. You have a fun personality also. I will be following your recipes.Keep it up girl 🥰

Im driving my self crazy for chilli here. Quit smoking 3 weeks ago today and chilli is on my brain. Been binge watching. I'm in need of good Mexican food. I wish you lived next door
I absolutely love your channel bc it expands my palet. At work once a month we have a different potluck theme, and I can't wait to spring this recipe on them.
Hi Steph, Thanks for showing your viewers how to properly clean shrimp. I have never seen any other You Tuber showing how to properly clean the top and bottom sand vein. This is the main reason I never order shrimp at restaurants, the sand veins gross me out! Thanks for promoting the clean handling of food! I enjoy your videos you crack me up!
I'm drooling!!!! Just got back on my Lyft from our local brewery, with hubby. He's downstairs playing video games and I'm in the kitchen having Ron Barcelo shots with orange slice chasers. I am totally doing this recipe on a one person scale because I'm the only one eating seafood in this household. Tipsy and drooling!!!!
Something I do when I make agua Chiles I fry my Chile’s and I blend my Chile’s,cilantro ,tomatillo and aguacate with the lime juice then add it to the shrimp 😩🤤🤤🤤 ugh soo bomb just thinking about it makes my mouth water lol
Hi girl, I just made this for the first time, an I gotta say THANK YOU!! My husband an family LOVED IT👍👍. My husband complimented dish an he is very picky, he grew up old school eating his grandma's dishes. When I hit it outta the park he always tells me I love you babe, cuz you cook like my grandma did. Lol thanks again. I always look forward to your dishes
Followed your recipe a few times now and everyone loves it! I do add piña to the recipe and no one knows. It makes it better for my family’s tasting . Thank youuu and keep up the good work
This came out very well. So delicious. Added a LOT of hot chiles and they made this dish work. Lime juice, lemon juice and some orange juice all played together nicely.
🤤🤤 my mouth drooled just by looking at the thumbnail. I’m Cuban and my Mexican best friend taught me how to make this and since then I make it at least once a month. I was never a huge shrimp fan until I had this.
Out here in San Antonio they use fresh whole pineapple and mangoes 😋😋. I’m from Cali and ceviche is way more popular than Aguachiles so I was amazed by this concept 🤩
I found you a few weeks ago and I love you and your family. Thank you for the great cooking classes. You are teaching an old girl new tricks. Take care. Kathy
YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!! FINALLY!! Ey Los Dios I always buy a couple lbs of this stuff from “El Superior” from the Mexican market and of course I always docker aka kick it up a notch my own way by adding some canned king crab meat in it & you know, but I been waiting to find a recipe from someone like you who uses the big juicy shrimp cause the Mexican market uses the small shrimp not the mini ones but I like the jumbo shrimp & the market always adds too much water & cucumbers so making my own was the only way to go. Also I have stomach ulcers meaning some days I can’t handle the spice so I would add more lemon juice, cucumbers red onions ya know at the market it’s always their way so this way I can control how much spice I want it to have. Can’t wait to make this one:
I made your Aguachile recipe last night. Forgot to take a picture...turned around and it was GONE!! Just Gone😬...My family absolutely Loved it! Of course so did I. It makes me so happy to feed people great food made with love! You are amazing! Thank you..p.s. when I make it again I’ll send you a pic.

I could have sworn you were at 73k when I was watching the video last night. Congratulations!! 100K is around the corner. I say no more than a week 🙌
Thank you for the recipe and for the advice to use different Chili's cuz I've been trying to make aguachile that I tasted a long time ago and I think it was a blend of Chile so thank you for that pearl of wisdom
*My family does this A LOT but estilo Nayarit.... All we do is blend the lime juice with chiles seranos, onion, un diente de ajo, and salt then let the shrimp cook in the lime. Then when it's ready put the cebolla and pepino*
I made it...I’m so proud of myself. I’m super scared of raw seafood and parasites.
