@podbial Hello, thanks for your questions. I do not count calories as, in my opinion, this can result in eating disorders.. My general rule is AT LEAST 100 grams of carbohydrate(sugar) an hour while exercising. When I am not exercising, then I eat to feel full. For me, this means 300-400 grams of rice for a meal. I will make more videos on this, so stay tuned.
