    We have been watching your videos on this type of coffeemaker. We just bought this Coffeemaker and our Pod does not turn on. So we went back to the Store and got another one. The same thing happened again. The Pod Light does not turn on. We are calling Service Department early tomorrow morning. These are brand new. I am wondering if we should get another type of Coffeemaker. Thanks.

    I just bought one today! However the water is getting (mostly) stuck in the coffee grounds filter… (happened as I was doing the initial clean, before any coffee grounds could have clogged it) did you run into this problem at all? I made sure to push the shower head/filter thing all the way down and I’m still having this problem

    Just received my Cuisinart Coffee Maker SS-16 and when I plugged it in the machine does NOT even turn ON. I have checked the electricity many times and even plugged other things in the same outlet.
    Doesn't the machine have an internal circuit breaker/fuse that may have tripped?
    Please give me a shout when you have time my friend!? 🙏 ❤️ 😊 🚁

    Update: This on the Model SS16> If you are having problems with Pod button> I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

      would you mind sharing what you did in order to fix it? I just got this same model and the Pod button won't turn on. tried the 5 minute reset by unplugging and waiting. sadly no luck.

      In case anyone else has this issue with the POD light not turning on before initial use, follow these steps:
      1. Unplug coffee maker and wait 5 minutes to "reset" the machine.
      2. Plug back in
      3. Lift single serving lid, behind the two white arrows of pod alignment there is a little rubber button, like a dome shape. Push this 7 times. POD light should be blinking
      4. The POD light should now be "connected" and will work as intended. Hope this helps.
