Great Step by step tutorial on how to install. A couple of comments: 1) It would have been better done on a more stock Jeep. It's helpful to see how things go together on a Jeep that the average guy drives. 2) You kinda skipped over the wiring and that is exactly where I had the most problems. The matching color to color wires only works sometimes. In reality, it was better to go to the Manual of both the Heigh10 and the RP4-CH11-B and compare functionality. The screen that you flashed about exceptions to the color to color rule was not correct for my Jeep. comparing functionality is what got me by. 3) The RP4-CH11-B that came with my unit read the rearview camera as always active. It took a lot of back and forth with tech support to figure it out. If you hook up everything correctly and get nothing but a gray screen it is probably because your RP4 unit is not functioning correctly. I spoke with a local Auto Sound dealer and he said that he has had this issue with this particular unit before and the solution was often to run another line from the Heigh10 to a rear light to signal the switch to reverse. I realize that this is beyond the scope of your video but since MANY will want to hook up a reverse camera to the Heigh10 it was worth a mention. 4) The video glossed over the addition of accessories. Again, this is probably beyond the scope of what you wanted to do with the video but since one of the major selling points of the Heigh10 is the 4 video inputs, I believe that it was pretty important. I spent nearly an entire evening researching how to best wire up a front cam and I found hardly anything that referenced the Heigh10 in particular. 5) Connecting and disconnecting the monitor from the head unit. This was very difficult to figure out for myself. It is not intuitive. And the gentleman in the video really made it look easy. Too easy. There is a trick to mounting the monitor and I simply could not tell what was done in the video. This is an amazing product and I believe that your video was a very good installation video but it could have been a little bit better by paying attention to your assumed knowledge of the layman installer.
Hello everyone. I bought a Radio on Amazon for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and it did not come with the wiring for the jeep's OEM base connector. where can i buy one? the kit comes with 2 connectors, 1 for 2007-2010 and one for 2011-2017 if you don't use the 2007-2010 let me know. Thank you

Installation times vary by experience level as well as if any other accessories are being installed at the same time. We would recommend a novice carve out a few hours for a basic installation to be safe.

I would be afraid water get down in it and short out. Specially with the big opening behind the screen. And my Jeep doesn’t have the thing under the top part of the dash. What is that for?

I get a no signal on my screen but can hear the radio. How do I fix this?
Sounds like a camera trigger is being activated and it is looking for a camera signal. Check those and make sure you arent triggering any of those.
