Getting the impression that this company is going under, had my dealer instal the tiger front and rear dash cam under a rewards deal, when I attempted to create an account with them I did not get the authentication code, and it will not resend one. I then attempted to set up an account under different emails and different phones and tablets with the same result. sent mails to the tech support and calls and was put on hold for hr and no response. I am going to go back and have my dealer remove this product

And showing the features of the Horizon! It was kinda last minute and it wasn't a big video, but thank you again. Maybe one day I can come down and take a tour of the Stinger facility. We just purchased the Horizon10 at Jeeptoberfest and so far we like it. Still learning how to use all the capabilities but be aware that although it states it's Sirius XM ready, you still need to purchase the XM module to listen to the stations. And, just like the previous units, when playing XM the unit will not display the album's cover graphics (like to factory-installed Alpine unit we had). Lastly, the unit does not come with a user manual, so get ready to search through the internet for a copy of it (still working on it). More feedback to follow.

My screen doesn’t come on any more but the buttons are lit up. I can plug my phone into the usb port music will come on but can’t turn it up or down with the volume knob. 2017 Silverado same radio in video any suggestions on how to fix?

I’m having a lot of issues being able to do this on my Horizon 10. Followed the same exact settings. The USB feature will see the thumb drive. When I go to backgrounds though to select the file, it sees nothing. The drive is formatted as fat 32. All the files are the right spec. In fact, I have various files saved in different formats just to see if the unit will see it. Still can’t see any.

There's no instruction, and God knows I've checked, so to help everyone out, here is how to wire the side cameras, my HU is a stinger Heigh10. The most painful task is running that freaking cable up and behind the windshield hinge, tie zip my ass. You have 2 cables, red and black. Connect the black to a ground post, the red connects to a constant 12v, use the cigarette lighter. Thats it. This cameras are meant to be on constantly, if you want on a switch feel free to add. Here is the milion dollar answer, to use the trigger, behind HU theres cam cables and trigger cables, for right camera i believe that it is cam 3. Connect the video cable there, with the cam 3 trigger cable, connect a cable there and run it to your blinker, cam 3 is right. Now when you are using your blinker, it will activate the camera.

If you dont have a factory amplified system but you are adding an aftermarket amplifiers, which audio port do you connect to?

You guys plan on releasing an firmware update for the heigh10 model that fixes all the issues and bugs by chance ? Sad I spent 1k on this unit and it keeps locking up , crashing apple CarPlay and saying no signal on my cameras?
