Please pray for my wife and I. After 20 years of marriage, we are in a bad place, as in on the fringe of divorce bad. I pray every day that the Lord will guide each of us and show us what we need to do. Lots of outside interference, lies, and rumors told, add in some that plan and simply proclaim to be Christians but insist on destroying our marriage. Please I beg for prayers

Brother man. My wife wanted me to read it. I always blew it off. I’m listening to the book now as I type. It’s definitely a good read. Learned so much.
I got introduced to this topic about a week ago. Remember that it's not about you. If we truly love someone we need to understand what makes them happy and to show them that we want to understand their love language, and do understand that it won't be what you think she needs.
My big mistake was thinking that I was perfect or I strived for that. It doesn't work like that.
Most people that feel loved and understood, will naturally want the best for you and will seek out what your love language is.
All the best! Keep communicating. That is what I am doing.

I really wish I would’ve read this years ago. I am at a time of my life where I really needed to understand my significant other of eight years it’ll be nine years in September is this healthy understand my love language also her’s And come to find out she has the book I drive for living, so I’m thankful that I was able to find the audiobook on TH-cam peace and love

My love tank was always full but the reality of it hers was near empty bad childhood, after marriage of 16 yrs now filing divorce due to her narcissistic personality and cheating. i Gave her all my lovè and respect but she discarded me .the uniqueness of love is slowly disappearing from entitlement
