Awesome comparison video! I used one of those Amazon drill pumps on my 30 gallon water softener brine tank to clean out dirt and it didn’t last two or three uses, perhaps because the salt ate up the seals, not sure. Like you said, for $10 it does the job. Thanks
dirt will kill those things as the internal will be ground down by it. The filter head on this and a few others is the only advantage they have over those style of drill pumps.
have you tried it with a shorter hose? I'm thinking of attaching a 5' -10' ft hose to it with a sprayer like that, but scared that if I close the sprayer it might destroy the pump because of too much pressure.

What’s the make and model of the Amazon pump you tested?
Gonna get the M12 transfer pump. That thing would work awesome for removing water from evap pans on frozen up reach ins I work on.
I'm not going to lie it is a really nice pump it was just a bit big for my setup so I went ahead traded it for the M18 transfer pump
@@HVACTechKnowledgy I have a ton of m12 batteries so that’s why I would choose m12 over m18.

Nice! Ill give it a shot
Almost $300 for the stick pump vs $10 no contest. Modify that floppy hose you have to something more rigid.
👍
Im wondering if this pump will work for hydraulic oil
I think it should have actually seen a video where guy said he's pumped hundreds a gallons of hydraulic oil through it
Can this stick pump be used for diesel
Yes
1 Inch impact plz m18 forge battery
and subscribed.
Thanks a lot!
Please don’t let the pump end up like the drill or batteries 😅😢
