I bought a house where the previous owners were always sick and their kids had all kinds of problems. There was a massive gas leak in the basement from an antique stove burner. I'm shocked the place hadn't blown up. They said they had been smelling gas for over a decade and had all kinds of service people in for the ancient oil fired boiler and nobody had said anything. So what was obvious for you to track down didn't seem to bother countless service techs in this house. Yes I fixed it immediately.

N.B. it is also sold as the "HABOTEST HT205" and "MAYILON HT205". Version "HT205-A" is an "AC only clamp meter" and Version "HT205-D"is an "AC/DC clamp meter" There is also a nearly identical "HABOTEST HT203D", which moves the buttons to the bottom, but i'm not sure if there are any other specs different. GVDA has multiple versions, but they are absolutely incompetent at explaining the differences between models, literally they DO NOT explain at all, no functions, no specs, no table, NOTHING o.O

Good job! At 27:56, you put the core in and then open the valve, but the micron gauge is already removed. Is that correct? I believe that when you remove the micron gauge, a significant amount of air enters the system. Even if that’s not the case when you remove the micron gauge, the pressure in the system is negative, allowing air to enter through the core. We always open open valve first, then put core in, and remove micron gage.

The hose is ur problem. Put a heavy fitting at the bottom so it can be steady.

I have a Mitshubishi 24k btu multi split. When i turned it on. Only the bottom part of the evaporator coil is cold and the top part takes ages to cool down. Could this be due to a restriction?

The video is good but you should fit a cyclonic cleaner to the vacuum cleaner so that the vacuum cleaner filter does not get dirty and so it always stays clean. For the rest, the video is good.

Always check airflow before charging… You should know your ABC’s.

It works perfectly, but after the warranty, you will have to throw it away. I liked it a lot, but a cheap Chinese one is the same and safer to use. It's a shame that Germans make junk nowadays.

Pipe dope is very important but it's not supposed to be applied on the first two threads of any nipple.

During a routine yearly maintenance, the technician told me that my HVAC had a leak, even though it had been working fine. He provided a quote of $11,617 after rebates to replace my HVAC. I decided to get a second opinion, and another technician said the issue was simply that the valves hadn’t been tightened properly. He quoted me over $1,500 just for the 8 pounds of refrigerant. I declined and went online, where I was able to buy 10 pounds of R410A refrigerant for just $256, including shipping. It’s frustrating dealing with these over-the-top charges, and it’s hard to trust anyone anymore. It feels like you’re always being taken advantage of.

Even though you are looking for under 100 ppm "technicly," you should be striving to get as close to 0 ppm as possible. 0-50 would be more like it. 90ppm is just to close to 100. when you are at 90ppm, it wont take much to creep over 100ppm after you leave. I didn't see in your video if you clocked the gas meter input? Checking pressure is good but you can still have an over gas situation with good pressures. Also recheck the orfice sizes, i have found that some units are shipped from the factory with the wrong size orifices and never is cought until the input is checked. Set per code to derate no more then 2% under the rating plate input. I'm passing on additional information for you

Do HVAC positions test for THC? Hopefully this question isn't offensive. Curious to know what trade I can go into and still recreationally use. People can drink in all trades so I'm hoping the stigma with THC is softened.

Did you jump pins 12 and 15 to R on the PCB? And 1 and 3 to common? It looks like you did pins 1 and 3 to R. Wouldn’t that be shorting it out?
