Hawkers used to sell falsa and shahtut throughout summer during my childhood ,but unfortunately trees had been cut because of expansions of cities and such coolent disappeared because this is not grown commercially

I even tried making watermelon juice exactly like in the video last summer with big chunks of ice.😂 I would like to ask you a question... What does Falsa juice taste like? What other fruit does its flavor resemble? sugar? Acid? Greetings from Belgium
It has a nice a mix of sweet, sour and a bit acidic taste. They add flavored syrup to it. This syrup is made with sugar and color.
