No! They wash their hands before they start, and they don't put her hands in the liquid. They are using the jug.
@@RashidaHussain Their hands clearly dipped into the liquid each time they scooped it out. And even if they wash their hands before they could’ve touched something during their shift that could’ve contaminated the drink. They should at least wear gloves to be safe.

I'm guessing from watching some of these videos, they probably source their water from a muddy river or well and dont distill or filter the water before freezing it for ice hence why all the vendors ice blocks always looks like it's milky off brown color. No matter for you freeze dirty water it's not gonna stop dysentery...
If they use muddy water, it will turn brown. The ice is milky brown because they use tap water to make the ice.

Much tap water can be discoloured from the pipes and various treatments used. For example chlorine and copper pipes react to make the water quite dark.
