I've watched dozens of similar videos from the US, Australia, UK, Canada, and almost none of them actually bag up the clippings/waste and haul it away. I'm sure that it's an expense, but not doing it is just so cheap and unprofessional. Thumb's up to you!
3:19 - Oh thank _GAWD_ you finally got that single tuft of grass you left longer from the first round of mowing. For some reason that was _really_ bugging me and would have made the entire video far less satisfactory to watch if it had been left!! Does that grass box really only have enough space for one or two rows before it needs emptying? Seems a tad small really, considering I've seen other mowers get through a much larger lawn with only a single emptying of the grass box. Having to empty it so frequently would drive me up the wall. I _am_ impressed how far battery powered garden equipment has come though - seems like you can get quite a lot done from a single charge these days!! And the motors seem to be more powerful too - the first battery FlyMo I owned had so little torque even ankle-high grass would slow the blade to a complete stop, it was only really good for keeping already short grass ... well, short.
tbh doing free mows on different streets is a good idea for a business because its a 50/50 one of those lawns will have someone that will pay you to come back and mow it weekly..
I know there are circumstances beyond a lot of peoples control. Being elderly, handicapped, sicknesses, financially sometimes it’s an abandoned house and you want it to look better for the neighbors, I understand that and that’s wonderful that you do that but that does not look like a home that somebody can’t afford to buy a weed eater trimmer and do their yard themselves. I really have no patience for that. you’re very kind that was nice of you.
Not all illnesses or situations are apparent to the eye. Most people don't like sharing their weaknesses for others to see and most dont want to feel like their "failings" are on display for others to see.. Often times, these messy yards or homes are the first signs or mental or physical illness. I don't know anyone at all who actually wants to live in a mess or on an overgrown property. Do you? I think he's wonderful because he's not judging based on outward appearances. He helping these people without making those judgments just to help with pure and good inentions.

I always love how neighbors won't cut the 2 feet of extra grass between the driveways. I'd do it so I wouldn't have to look at it.
