Watching Tim is a bit like watching the old movie Raiders of the Lost Arc as he discovers hidden gems under the over grown grass like concrete paths , driveways and patios and in this video a secret hidden doorway hopefully a huge boulder will not come rolling out after him ... seriously though this guy always excels with his yard transformations for those needing help

I seriously was thinking this when he started blowing the grass by that little building and a concrete path started to show itself. I told my husband this guy is like an archaeologist, digging and moving stuff to get to the real deal under all that detritus. It’s so cool to watch it for some reason. Everyone has this subconscious need to see order come out of chaos. ❤
All I can say is "Tim" Thank God for people like you that work as hard as you do to clean up such messes. You always leave a yard looking so much better than when you started. I know you are not happy with all of them, but you can only do so much. You certainly have my praise and best wishes.

with much garbage in the yard I don't think they really cared if that door was available to them or not. be way over grown again in 3 weeks. wow

Mind…officially…blown! Wow! Magnificent job, Tim. That lawn does not need to be manicured to be an awesome transformation. Where did that walkway come from? It just appeared. And that door? I simply cannot wrap my mind around it. Wonder if that door even works anymore after being covered for so long. Well, I’m impressed. Fantastic video, kept me totally mesmerized. You are simply the best! ❤️

Would also love to know if the door can be made to open and shut, and if the boiler next to the door has been operating all these years? How has it not started a fire? They must be made differently than the boilers/ hot water tanks they resemble that we use in the United States 😮

Yes it's quite different here in Oz, we have hotter summers and mildish winters.
This area im assuming is near or an hour of Sydney. We don't get snow.

Wow, what a lot of work. I just went back and re-watched the first vid of the front yard. Hard to understand how a property can become so bad. My mum in her 90's was tiny, frail, and weak, but she would tackle a part of her garden all the time and she would NEVER let rubbish pile up like that, even if it meant putting smaller bags into a wagon or wheelbarrow and taking it out to the curb to put in a large rubbish bag. Anyway, I'm glad the non-profit reached out to you, and a huge thank you for doing such an excellent job on a VERY challenging yard.
Sometimes it isn’t just age…as I have gotten older (I am 65 now)…sadness, loneliness and depression play a large role…more than folks realize 😢🙏🏼

@@lauramitchell6725 as a matter of fact I did help her. A lot. I even lived with her for a year before she got so unwell with Alzheimers that she had to go into a facility. She was just always a good worker and loved to go outside and do things in her garden. The family mowed her lawn and we did lots for her for years. She was just a very independent-minded person who loved to keep active as long as she could.

I can't believe how thick those vines were, especially on the hot water tank. Looked like a fire hazard. Now the yard is open and looks so much bigger and usable. Great job, Tim.

I think you did a fantastic job! I wouldn't have guessed there was a walkway alongside of the house and another to the clothesline! And that door was so badly covered up even the vines were trying to creep in through the window! Great job on the yard and especially getting that tree cut that was growing THROUGH the house.

When I saw how much work and effort it took to work on this land, I thought to myself, maybe the owners won't even appreciate it? But we the audience are outnumbered and we certainly appreciate it. There was a lot of it. Just the paths or the door with the stairs and I'm not talking about the back garden!!! Thanks thanks thanks for people like you!💯👍👍👋🌿

OMG!! That was the most shocking overgrowth I have ever seen! When you said the door hadn't been opened for 15 years, I thought you were talking about a backyard gate. That was the door to the house! The most shocking overgrowth, and the most marvelous transformation I have ever seen! "Good on ya mate!"

I think in a situation like this I would contact that organization and let them know they need to arrange rubbish removal not just lawn care.

The change is not just for the house and yard. The mental health of the resident must gave sky-rocketed. You just gave them sunlight, access and tidiness, that is huge.

I love yard work I have 5.5 acres. But I have to say this you all have some mean tough grass. My hat is off to you and others blademate, lush lawns you guys that take care of the elderly lawns for them thank you.

Glad you mentioned the garbage. I was just thinking it'd take 5 more guys and a trailer to haul that all away! Great job! At least now someone can get to it to haul it off. It's amazing how many different tools and equipment you use to get the job done - multiple mowers, trimmers, and weed wackers.
OMGOODNESS that door was crazy!!! I am so glad you said that about the beautiful flowering tree - makes me sad too. I cracked up when you did the “trash talk”. Lol. I wouldn’t handle anyone’s trash either. As it was, it spooked me when you were ripping out the weeds and grabbing debris off the ground by/ with your hands. Yeah, you had gloves on but there could have been sharp things or animals hiding. I know that you know what is in there - but I’m from Michigan and I’ve heard all kinds of stories about Australia wildlife. Whatever - this was an AWESOME video. Thanks for sharing it with us!

I love that you do what you do for people. It's really wonderful that you also cleanup each job. You will have many more viewers/subscribers sooner than later. I believe you will. I have looked at a few other channels that do get more views than yours. But those channels work isn't up to your standards and they don't clean up after the job. You're a good guy Tim.
