Pinot Noir…complex, light, elegant & velvety on the palate. Sadly, wine consumers are being trained by marketing departments that Pinot Noir should be heavy and fruity like Meiomi.
Thank you Jimmy, this has been lovely to watch and learn a little more about Pinot Noir. I have recently been watching videos about grapes and winemaking to get more of an appreciation instead of just going for my usual brand and colour! I am looking forward to watching more of your videos.
