Yep! I do think she is over- filled, for sure... but that is not new, it isn't news. This shouldn't have been a bigger deal than one of those awful tabloid columns with bad pictures of famous people. The commentary concern-trolling her aging process is just bizarre. Reminds me how ppl comment 'wrinkles!' when a natural-faced person raises their eyebrows- causing their forehead to scrunch up. 😂😢
Absolutely yes! I think it kinda applies to everyone at this point. I see even regular people criticized online because as a society, we're forgetting what people really look like. I feel so bad for some celebrities who have a phobia about aging. However, I love the way Jamie Lee Curtis looks. She may be aging but, she looks gorgeous! A friend of mine says “Growing older is a gift that is denied to many.”

She explained that she couldn’t believe that what people took from a photo, that was taken on a “beautiful morning” with her niece, was her face aging. I would’ve deleted my Instagram and just vanished 🫣 But she obviously looks so beautiful til this day!

They're all crying about how there are no age appropriate parts for them and that's cos they don't look the appropriate age! I love faces with lines, wrinkles and blemishes. Especially the dude claiming you don't get those "Especially someone Kylie's age." The me at age 12 would beg to differ. Age 15 was probably the worst, and I can assure you I wasn't getting filler.
I feel so badly for these women who are caught up in this need for the "perfect" version of themselves. I'm 61, grandmother of 5, and I'm grateful I get to age naturally. I really respect the way you handled this video, Robert. I learned so much about lighting etc. Years ago, I kept noticing my face looked ghost-like in pictures, only to realize it was my powder causing it. There are so seriously scary pictures of me from back then!!

I know no one else's opinion should matter but if it helps I think this looks so beautiful, my eyes get like this when I have had a really good sleep and I live for it when it happens.
I think that people just forget how real people look like and after comparing someone irl with their heavily filtered photos they freak out and start making dumb assumptions. It’s the same situation when celebs are seen without a makeup. We all should go out and touch the freaking grass more often.
Honestly, this is how I felt when those injectors were talking about how "horrible" she looked. But that being said, as a public figure, Kylie pretty much only puts herself out there as something to look at like a Barbie, so it only makes sense that this is how the internet engages with anything to do with her
@@469ka37the sad part is the internet has been engaging with her like this since she was a kid. People called her ugly all over the internet and expected her to not try to appear prettier. Social media is sick.
@@thisismyaltaccount85 honestly if you can look at a heavily filtered image or video and think that anyone looks like that in reality, I think it's less of a problem of people using filters and more of you just being gullible.
@@AverageSeaMonster I think even though most people are well aware that they use filters, they don't know what the reality is under the filters; so it is not so much that they are gullible, rather they have no point of reference, they are lost, overly self critical and oftentimes struggling with anxiety. It's a case of being aware that you are being tricked, but still not knowing the truth.
Me just now looking in the mirror and seeing the same thing 😂 I haven’t had fillers or anything, I just get that puffiness shape when I’m tired…which is all the time tbh! Even my mom said as a kid, if she saw that puffiness under my eyes she’d put me down for a nap 😅 What’s so sad, is how people complain when she ‘looks perfect’ that it’s ‘fake’ cause she’s had so much work done blablabla and now they are like ‘oh she doesn’t look perfect…’ if I was Kylie I’d be booking in to get this ‘fixed’ because of all the attention a tiny ‘flaw’ got and even me, I have this too, it makes me feel I should ‘fix it’ it’s just so frustrating.
Why is this meeeeee, I get the puffy sleepy eyes too! When I was little and my mom would try to get me to nap I would lie and say I wasn’t tired but she always knew bcuz of the eyes lol
You are so right. The psychology of beauty is complicated. It helps if you need to start wearing glasses. During the lockdown, I would put on a bright lip, glasses and a scarf, and people thought you looked lovely 😂

Kylie’s been getting work done since she was 16, and sometimes I feel bad for her bc she was clearly groomed into a lifestyle by her own family to have such an unhealthy relationship with her body image, but i also cant really blame ppl for over analyzing how she looks, she and her family built an entire empire by selling an unrealistic version of themselves , she and her family set this precedent for unrealistic beauty standards by continually lying about the work they get done, so when ppl actually see them without the filters, ofc ppl are gonna look at them like wtf happened to your face, when it’s probably just how their real faces look, it’s kinda poetic in a way how they were the ones spearheading the beauty standard and now they’re the victims of the standard that they set, not in a sympathetic way bc they’re still profiting off it, it’s just ironic
I’m so happy you made this video. I’ve been waiting for someone to do this. I genuinely think due to social media, edited photos, and just a lack of knowledge, people don’t know what real humans look like anymore.
The eye shadow is DELIVERING today! Absolutely love it. I don’t think she looks completely different but do think she’s had something done, maybe some filler migration which is unfortunate but I feel like I’m seeing it more often? Granted I also have two small kids and look like I’ve been in hand to hand combat with these dark circles some days 😅
From off the top of my head, I’m sure I’ve seen theories that she’s had filler and botox in her cheeks. Which could ABSOLUTELY be false, let me be clear, but if she has it may have migrated like you said. Regardless, she looks stunning. I do believe people are envious and spiteful because the Kardashian-Jenners have all had work done and, I do agree with this, haven’t really earned their positions. But to go for their appearance is a low blow, I don’t see as much hate towards male influencers who’ve clearly had a lot of work done. Edit: Also girl, dark circles who?? You look STUNNING!! ❤
I really appreciate you taking the time to talk about lighting and for being objective. I don’t care to keep up with that family and all, but I do also appreciate that you’re not coming from a place of hate as many others do. Thank you💜
What she decides to do with her body doesn’t have anything to do with anybody else she’s not holding anybody to any unattainable standards if somebody else’s self-esteem is so low to the point where they only have self-worth by copying somebody else that is not the celebrities problem and I don’t feel bad for her she decided to risk her health and her beauty and crapped out that’s life
@@Utriedit215 You have a point, but i do understand that celebs can also create a new buety standard and looking a certain way. Its a double edge sword cause she has a right to do what she wants, but she's a public figure that ppl use to say she is the standard of beauty. Public figures cant live normally and create a lot of inuence.
I mostly agree, though she/her family really work to push themselves as THE beauty standard and make products, like her lip kits, that are marketed as ways you can look more like they do. Like how she kept lying about her obvious lip filler and kept saying she just overlines, then dropped those kits. So it's not just people passively seeing her and wanting to look like her for no reason, she's actively trying to make them. Though I totally agree that people should be building up their own self esteem instead of trying to look like someone else@@Utriedit215
I really love when you do commentary and give actual examples of the situation you are talking about, such as how you showed how much lighting can change your look. It's actually super helpful, and also super cool to see-
This was a great video, Robert. You gave Kylie so much grace while still acknowledging some of the professionals in different industries have their input. Absolutely great video.
im so glad you did this video & showed the lighting changes bc while I am SURE a ton of celeb face changes are due to surgery/fillers, it seems SO OBVIOUS to me when it’s just bad lighting and that’s what my first thought was when I saw these videos of Kylie! Ur content is so on point (as usual)
I've got the same thing on my face, and I've never had any fillers in my life. It's more visible on my right side, and my 10 y.o. kid has a similar puffiness under her right eye, too. So genetics absolutely can look like this.
Yep, my face has always had this too. So all young girls who have this naturally are hearing that their faces are busted. We’ve forgotten what people’s faces look like

that tiktok doctor who said that puffy under eyes is "not a normal sign of aging" is completely wrong. it's absolutely a very common sign of aging. for some people, aging in this way does happen early, and it can potentially be exaggerated from filler or botox, but i know people in real life who have NO cosmetic procedures and they have under eye puffiness that looks exactly like this. it can also happen from various illnesses, medications, and just general tiredness or stress. even i get puffy under eye bags sometimes if i cry a lot the night before lol, i can't believe the audacity that it MUST be a botched cosmetic treatment and not just a human being having an off day.

Side comment: I LOVE your scar and how you sometimes put a bright pink or white stripe of make up on it. It's part of your identity and you've embraced it and make it stand out for a look sometimes and I love that. I love unusual make up and jewelry and have even though about shaving a part of my brow off just to put a hot blue line through it. I just love that you don't feel the need to blend it in or hide it. That's beautiful to me.
Thank you for being so thorough in your explanation. It’s so true about how the lighting is hitting her face in all the wrong ways. I can’t imagine leaving the house only when a team of people have made me up, just to be in poor lighting. That has to suck sometimes.
What you said about lighting makes so much sense - and the demonstration really was enlightening. You are such a good teacher, Robert!! Source: retired educator 😊
This video was so educational. Thank you, Robert! I knew what impact lighting can have but seeing it visualised like that in your video definitely helped a lot to fully understand what it can actually do (and maybe I also learned to not look at myself in bad lighting and try to find all my ‘signs of aging’). Your content is worth its weight in gold 🖤
Kylie Jenner is 26 years old. It's her money, she can do whatever she wants, but she doesn't look her age anymore. Also for someone who owns 44% of a beauty company with a young demographic, it's easy to send the wrong message.
I barely know anything about makeup, lighting, or Kylie... but to me it just looks like it's part of her face. Something like, how you said, when there is a flash it eliminates the shadows so we don't see it in pictures usually. Anyway, she's so pretty and I wish her the best.
Absolutely love your transformative content. Especially when you got your makeup wet and had the light manipulating the shadows. Your input is so educational and you did well to be transparent about your techniques and previous filler experience. I’ve had filler once in my smile lines and I didn’t like the results. I am glad it eventually went away and now I’m feeling way more confident in the skin I’m in. Thanks for you content Robert! Huge fan ❤❤❤
Today i saw a couple local FB posts about a missing teen. The police posted what i assume was a realistic photo. The mom posted another set of photos obviously from the teen's filtered online selfies. Totally unrecognizable. You would be unable to spot that kid on the street from her filtered photos.
I think its just a combination of a few things. The lighting, some effects of cosmetic surgery and the general aging of her face. Ppl have to remember that kylie isnt 18 anymore and she has had 2 kids, her face is settling and changing so she may look a bit different but i mostly think the lighting is the main problem
.....how old do you think a 26 year old looks? I'm older than her and look WAY younger. Granted, I don't have kids, but still. Even my friend, who is a 38 year old single mother of a 5 and 2 year old, looks more youthful This looks more like allergies and a lack of sleep imo, but there's no way this is just natural aging
@@xxglowenxx I should of been more clear I meant plastic surgery at a young age plus aging. I'm 31 and I definitely look younger than my age I'm not saying that because she's 26 she should look or is old or anything
@@xxglowenxxIn fairness, a lot of people age a lot differently. My mother is 61 but still looks like she’s 40, but she also has a 40 year old friend who looks like she could be in her 60s because of her genetics and skincare. She isn’t ugly by any means, but certainly more mature looking. To me, it looks like poor lighting and botox since botox could have potentially weakened the muscles in her face.
She looks like I did when I was 36. (Now I'm 46... 😉👵) And it started as soon as she started having work done. Whether it's coming from her mother, her sisters, society in general...I hate that she wasn't able to just look like a normal teenager!
@@gasparinhaYea, I'm 36 now and look much younger than Kylie and I've never had any work done including botox or filler. I think her face looks older because she got treatments at like 17 that women normally do once they're decades older than she was. She's had pillow-ish face for years now in my opinion.
Great that you and your brother highlight different and interesting perspectives of things like this… I understand that people like to speculate/discuss surgery and cosmetic procedures but there is so much more going on behind the scenes, like the effect of light on surfaces incl. skincare and makeup that I never even thought about!
After listening to this whole video-makeup truly is ART. I wish I could see the art in how light hits the face, etc! I’m one of those who can’t grab that concept, like an artist. I always wish I could, it takes so much talent!
I bloody love your videos! I love that you turn all the lights off and show what you’re saying instead of just speculating that she may have done something
Once again so grateful for your way of explaining everything so understandably! Your examples with lighting really made me understand it so much better. Thank you so much! 😍
My opinion is that I watched this video for Robert and the educational aspect. I general I don’t care about anyone’s filler or speculating what they’ve gotten done or not.
this feature is normal for a lot of people and good lighting has altered people’s perceived perfection. hence why a NORMAL feature is being scrutinized just because it’s on someone that people PERCEIVE should be perfect. when i was first learning to do makeup, my makeup would accentuate my malar mounds and it was difficult to navigate because at the time no one really talked about it and the popular style of makeup didn’t take that into account, so i think this video is really helpful and an accessible resource to people who don’t always exist in perfect lighting (everyone).
Stephanie Lange just done an awesome video talking about this. I was wondering when id see your beautiful self covering this as its right up your latest content alley. Loving the makeup commentary content btw. With the pinned comment so obnoxious, just thought id tell you that ❤
I love how you‘ve managed to be so objective and just deliver possible logical reasons to why lighting can in fact play a role in all of this. Btw, love the eyeshadow on you, Robert. Georgous colours 💚💜
I love the surprise lesson in lighting and how it affects the way your face looks! Ive taken a couple of stage makeup classes before (seriously considering it for a career) and one of the first things we learn is how light will affect how we look onstage. Stage lighting is so bright it'll wash actors out, so going to extremes in shading, contouring etc. is a must for us. The way you explained it was so easy to understand!
Robert, you're so good at what you do. You're knowledgeable about many things but still admit you don't know everything; you're kind; you address situations, controversies, 'and drama' with such a balanced outlook; You don't succomb to hype or sensationalize things for views - you earn them with your wit, expertise, and humility. I'm so glad TH-cam threw your channel in my direction!
I actually think she is progressively getting her face fillers dissolved, including cheeks and indeed fully agree her younger face features are coming back now that the rest is less filled. She had an insta story few days after this event and its clear her face is less swollen than usual. People hate too much she is just starting to look like a normal person again with very normal facial features. Almost nobody has smooth undereye naturally 🤷🏻♀️

I feel like kylie launched her her makeup business on lying about not having surgery to get everyone to buy her lip kits, I think there needs to be much more transparency when selling products!!
Such a detailed overview of something that's probably just overblown by social media. I love how you go over lighting and techniques that can blur or accentuate details of the face. Love your videos. When I was getting into makeup again and getting overwhelmed with Beauty TH-cam, I picked up a book about color theory and it was so helpful to learn about color and lighting. I was less carried away by product recommendations because I felt like I understood the basics of makeup theory. Your videos are an extension of my quick library research into makeup and much appreciated. ❤
I'm so impressed by the effect lights have on how someone looks. I intuitively know that I look good if I take a selfie in front of a window, instead of the dark bathroom with no windows. But what fascinates me is the way how we always look at ourselves through the lens of a camera in today's age, when other people look at us in real life. Maybe that's just me, but when I do a makeup look I like, I take selfies, look at them and think "Hmm, I look good today.". But maybe I don't look that good to other people. And maybe I looked better to them yesterday when I wore lighter makeup that doesn't look that good on camera. This just hit me. 😅
That's often the case with contour. Unless you use a delicate hand, it can look weird in indoor light, because there are shadows on your face with no light source that could cast them.
Your comment reminds me of what I thought about my older sister growing up. I liked her make up but thought she looked so pretty with a bare face. She never agreed and thought I was lying to make her feel better. Now that I think about it, it probably was the lighting. She probably only ever saw herself in our horrible bathroom lighting, she wasn't seeing herself in the sunlight or the softer lighting of the rooms the way I did
Gawd, I love you! Thank you for fighting the good fight on the Instagram VS Reality battle. Lighting matters, makeup matters, and the internet isn't reality! I feel kinda sad for Kylie and her peers, who probably have so much dysmorphia from getting CONSTANTLY picked apart by everyone with a social media account. Like you said, let people BE.
Absolutely loved the way you demonstrated and explained how lighting affects the planes on people's faces! ❤ So educational. I know that's common sense for other people but to see it from, and explained by, a makeup artist, I just loved that. Thank you Robert 🩷
I do have to wonder what the aging effects are if you get fillers and plastic surgery so young. Usually filler is to erase/ fill wrinkles or other things that come from aging. What happens when you do it when there is nothing there. It just seems like it would stretch out the skin rather than filling what was stretched out.
Botox is used to erase wrinkles, and filler used to even out/ enlarge areas (cheek filler lip filler nose filler etc) your skin shouldn’t be that stretched out from filler that it won’t spring back into place … like stomachs after pregnancy can do it, minor face plumping will spring back
Thank you for providing an informative, honest and respectful take on the topic. I have empathy for Kylie. Growing up with sisters who were, at that time, the beauty ideal for women, would have done enormous damage. She shouldn’t be claiming her skin is the result of her skincare. She should be demanding the best quality control over her clothing lines. However when it comes to her body and face people do need to step back and remember the environment she grew up in. Remember how cruel the press and public were about Khloe not looking like her sisters and then imagine yourself facing that as a 12 year old girl.
Yes, it’s overdone filler in the tear trough area. You can see how puffy it is. She’s definitely always had a line there but it’s more pronounced on top of the line due to the filler. Mostly it’s just too much filler. Once it’s dissolved she’ll look better. It’s also a cautionary tale. She’s been getting procedures since she was 16. She was a child. There are ways in which her face will probably never look the same again. It’s really sad.
I truly truly think, Kylie looks the way she does right now because she is dissolving her filler. I think this is the results of removing the overfilling she had
Hi Robert! I abolutely agree. However, the Kardasians do invite this sort of attention. My son was born without tear ducts, so he became the youngest patient to have reconstructive surgery with what seemed like miles of tubing inside his face. BTW it was successful in the end. This is a true case of what plastic surgery can do inconjunction with an ENT specialist and a neurosurgeon. Nuff said. Have a lovely evening! 😊
Imagine looking like Kylie Jenner and still being criticized about the way you look. Like??? I truly fear what people would have to say seeing my face in public.
I think that Kylie has aged herself significantly with these facial procedures. To me, she looks 10 years older. But I understand the pressure to get them done due to her massive exposure to the world since the age of 13. It’s sad to hear that even her mother was judging her. However, I do think the Jenner/Kardashian family is constantly filtering and editing their photos so as far as we all know this is how she normally looks. So I wish people would stop comparing themselves to a family that doesn’t live in reality.
Im a photographer who pays a lot of attention to light. Different lighting can change a lot about a face. Also! Its sad when ppl are so afraid of wrinkles. I love when ppl have a lot of face texture and just all together interesting facial features. Theyre my favourite to photograph
Love the research you’re putting into these videos! I was hoping someone would go back and look at the photos to see if this is some thing she’s had her whole life. It sucks people are jumping to the conclusion that she got bad filler when it could be genetics. she probably self conscious about it.
this was amazing video ! i thought kylie has different type of makeup , more like actress makeup but she normally has super matte face. so very make sense ! ppl should be smarter than just assuming like she has too much filler..
Also can I just point out she does have two very young children who she apparently is very attentive to. All it takes is one or two nights of little sleep and that’s how I look too.
These conversations are so interesting, because they are all around photography and video, which by their nature only give partial information compared to seeing something in person, but it is the only information we have, so we tend to forget how flawed a picture can be.
When you start altering your face at the age of 17, it’s bound to have an impact later on. God knows why she chose to interfere with her lovely face at such a young age
Yay! I’m so early! Happy Monday Robert! (As happy as a Monday can be 😩) puffy eyeeeee! 😂 I got the tear trough filler a long time ago (never again)-I looked like Rocky after he fought Apollo in the first movie 🤦🏼♀️
I think her issue is that she just gets filler too much. They say you need to go every 4 months, but you don’t. You should wait longer in between sessions.

People expect people to look perfect all the time
I'm not even a big makeup person, but I seriously love your channel because of the unbiased, unhyped videos that are free of all the silly dramatics when addressing different topics, reviews, etc. I admire the fact that you really try to take into account all sides and give your straight forward opinion. More influencers should take note.
Thank you so much I greatly appreciate that!
Exactlyyyyy
@@RobertWelsh Yeah I gotta second that. Your occasional ditz, put on or not, cannot at all conceal the fact that your ass is WISE. I don't know a better less pompous word to use. Grounded? Reasonable? Observant? Nah. Wise it is. And I find it a joy to watch.
I agree, thoughtful and intelligent with a dash of humour thrown in. I have caught some lovely tips for the eyes watching you while listening. Your use of colour is mwah👌
My under eyes naturally always look like hers here. Yesh, I hope people don't think I look like crap when I leave the house 😮😊 I like the lighting demo. It's super helpful!
Same!
Me too!
I know no one else's opinion should matter but if it helps I think this looks so beautiful, my eyes get like this when I have had a really good sleep and I live for it when it happens.
Same. Especially during summer 🌞
Even my mom said as a kid, if she saw that puffiness under my eyes she’d put me down for a nap 😅
What’s so sad, is how people complain when she ‘looks perfect’ that it’s ‘fake’ cause she’s had so much work done blablabla and now they are like ‘oh she doesn’t look perfect…’ if I was Kylie I’d be booking in to get this ‘fixed’ because of all the attention a tiny ‘flaw’ got and even me, I have this too, it makes me feel I should ‘fix it’ it’s just so frustrating.
Then you are ill 😂 that’s not normal
@@l-pv5793 it is! many people have it, me too. Some people have acne some people have puffiness
@@l-pv5793 haha I can't tell if you know me or not and therefore are joking with me cause yep I am ill, I have a chronic illness 😂 So 100% it's not normal 🙃
Robert’s eye look is slaying in this video 🥰

You’re so welcome ❤
Very Gulf Coast American Mardi Gras.

His lashes looks so anime cute to me lol
It's one of my favorit eye looks. Love the colors together. Gorge
I’m a photographer and this is such an important demonstration. So many ppl are ignorant to how photos can look SO different from real life
Kylie’s been getting work done since she was 16, and sometimes I feel bad for her bc she was clearly groomed into a lifestyle by her own family to have such an unhealthy relationship with her body image, but i also cant really blame ppl for over analyzing how she looks, she and her family built an entire empire by selling an unrealistic version of themselves , she and her family set this precedent for unrealistic beauty standards by continually lying about the work they get done, so when ppl actually see them without the filters, ofc ppl are gonna look at them like wtf happened to your face, when it’s probably just how their real faces look, it’s kinda poetic in a way how they were the ones spearheading the beauty standard and now they’re the victims of the standard that they set, not in a sympathetic way bc they’re still profiting off it, it’s just ironic
Agree with the other person who commented. You're a knock out
@@ghoultoothI agree, she’s stunning nonetheless! Also, thank you so much 🥹🥹 sunlight helps 😅
@@emneesonthank you, you’re so sweet!
I really appreciate you taking the time to talk about lighting and for being objective. I don’t care to keep up with that family and all, but I do also appreciate that you’re not coming from a place of hate as many others do. Thank you💜
i feel bad for her BUT she still chose to get job done and acting like she didn't, holding girls to unattainable standards. sad
What she decides to do with her body doesn’t have anything to do with anybody else she’s not holding anybody to any unattainable standards if somebody else’s self-esteem is so low to the point where they only have self-worth by copying somebody else that is not the celebrities problem and I don’t feel bad for her she decided to risk her health and her beauty and crapped out that’s life
I think even famous people can still get body dysmorphia.
@@Utriedit215
You have a point, but i do understand that celebs can also create a new buety standard and looking a certain way. Its a double edge sword cause she has a right to do what she wants, but she's a public figure that ppl use to say she is the standard of beauty. Public figures cant live normally and create a lot of inuence.
@@Utriedit215 love that! 100%.
We’ve forgotten what people’s faces look like
@@melo0407 100% this
When it all comes down to it most people don't even view others in the hypercritical way that they do on social media. So many of the, "flaws" and insecurities perpetuated by social media are often unnoticed in real life.
And let's be real, many of the people talking about this have some of these features but the need to pick up jump on this train overrides it
that tiktok doctor who said that puffy under eyes is "not a normal sign of aging" is completely wrong. it's absolutely a very common sign of aging. for some people, aging in this way does happen early, and it can potentially be exaggerated from filler or botox, but i know people in real life who have NO cosmetic procedures and they have under eye puffiness that looks exactly like this. it can also happen from various illnesses, medications, and just general tiredness or stress. even i get puffy under eye bags sometimes if i cry a lot the night before lol, i can't believe the audacity that it MUST be a botched cosmetic treatment and not just a human being having an off day.
Loving the eye look!!!
The family filter their photos so much. When it comes to seeing them in REAL life..of course they will look totally different!!!

Having a terrible day and have been binge watching your videos. Thanks 🥹

It seems like people just love jumping to the worst or most dramatic explanation first. I love how you break everything down!
The purple/green eyeshadow look is stunning!
I get those little indents when I'm tired. Crazy to think that we aren't allowed to have any texture on our faces now
I barely know anything about makeup, lighting, or Kylie... but to me it just looks like it's part of her face.
That’s wild..
Your eye looks always SLAY…. Also love how you always bring a fair point of view to these videos
Even my friend, who is a 38 year old single mother of a 5 and 2 year old, looks more youthful
This looks more like allergies and a lack of sleep imo, but there's no way this is just natural aging
@@xxglowenxx meanwhile my eyes have looked like this since my mid 20s 🤷♀️ I think it's aging and lighting.
I love the light demonstration. This was fantastic and informative. And it makes me feel so better about my under eye area!
I appreciate the unbiased approach to your analyses :) gosh, not sure how much of it is unflattering light but she looks so much older than 26
She looks like I did when I was 36.
The eye shadow color combination is chefs kiss 🤌🏼 love it!
omg Robert LIVING for this lighting tutorial. Your makeup looks so beautiful that it’s very editorial! 🎉
Thank you Robert for actual showing and teaching the difference in lighting
My opinion is that I watched this video for Robert and the educational aspect. I general I don’t care about anyone’s filler or speculating what they’ve gotten done or not.

Thank you Robert for teaching us about lighting ❤ I didn't know some of what you showed ✨️
Thank you! 🖤

Thanks to you I understand the power of lighting! I can finally understand how lighting affects make up.
this feature is normal for a lot of people and good lighting has altered people’s perceived perfection. hence why a NORMAL feature is being scrutinized just because it’s on someone that people PERCEIVE should be perfect.
when i was first learning to do makeup, my makeup would accentuate my malar mounds and it was difficult to navigate because at the time no one really talked about it and the popular style of makeup didn’t take that into account, so i think this video is really helpful and an accessible resource to people who don’t always exist in perfect lighting (everyone).
I’ve watched at least 3 videos about this Kylie situation and yours is the only one where I’ve actually learned something very useful omg thank you.
Love your videos! You're the best. So funny and genuine.
Thank you!!
Robert, you always bring such an intelligent and thoughtful take to these issues! Thank you!💖💖💖
Robert, you're so good at what you do.
I love you showing us how lighting affects everything! Your videos are so informative and enjoyable!

I can't believe someone so naturally beautiful and Rich and powerful be so self-conscious to destroy her whole face to please people is insane
I'm so glad you talked about this. I have similar shadowing in my undereyes, and you speaking on this makes me feel less weird/alone! Thank you kindly! ❤
I think this was a great video and your eye shadow is FIRE 🔥
Absolutely loved the way you demonstrated and explained how lighting affects the planes on people's faces! ❤ So educational. I know that's common sense for other people but to see it from, and explained by, a makeup artist, I just loved that. Thank you Robert 🩷
I do have to wonder what the aging effects are if you get fillers and plastic surgery so young. Usually filler is to erase/ fill wrinkles or other things that come from aging. What happens when you do it when there is nothing there. It just seems like it would stretch out the skin rather than filling what was stretched out.
Botox is used to erase wrinkles, and filler used to even out/ enlarge areas (cheek filler lip filler nose filler etc) your skin shouldn’t be that stretched out from filler that it won’t spring back into place … like stomachs after pregnancy can do it, minor face plumping will spring back
@@RobertWelshahhhh thank you for explaining. ❤❤❤

"Puffy eye"OMG Robert... you are so funny :) I love watching your stuff
Per the drs that are commenting on this, it's supposedly her filler sinking due to gravity.
I ❤ how you showed us with the lighting and makeup the difference it makes on how you look.
I truly truly think, Kylie looks the way she does right now because she is dissolving her filler. I think this is the results of removing the overfilling she had
You're a natural teacher, Robert. Love it!🖤
I love your nose & am glad the universe kept that appointment from happening!
(it’s your nose, so you do you, just giving it some love rn)
I am in love with your eye shadow today!!! I'm from New Orleans, La and that look is such a Mardi Gras look!
i love the green and purple makeup looks.
She looks the same to me, maybe just tired. But also, your hairstyle can definitely change the way your face looks, in my opinion.
this was amazing video ! i thought kylie has different type of makeup , more like actress makeup but she normally has super matte face. so very make sense ! ppl should be smarter than just assuming like she has too much filler..
Kylie has really aged herself. She looks about 40 years old in these pics.
She really does. That's exactly what I thought. 40's when you're really in your 20's and you did the procedure to look better? It's tragic.
Your eye makeup looks AMAZING in this video!! Makes your eyes look pink💓
This was such a great explanation and example!
