How do you get a good scalp massage in without messing up a protective style! I’ve been keeping my hair in 2 flat twist but don’t want to mess it up by massaging the scalp

Thanks for those reminders because we don’t realize that we can be responsible of some setback in our hair journey

Hey beauty, l have learned so much about my hair from you 💗 I went through an excessive hair breaking phase, so I did a protein treatment and deep moisture treatment and it work. Do some more DIY a love them 🥰

Hello. I like your Chanel. I want to do a yearly major trim. The only time I use heat is for deep conditioning. The problem is most people who claim to be hair stylist claim that they can’t properly trim my natural hair unless it it straight. What a bunch of BS. It is hard to find someone that really specializes in natural hair and can trim/cut your hair in it’s natural curly state. I don’t want to have to get my hair straightened just for a trim or cut because it damages my hair regardless if they use a heat protectant.

In my case it was mechanical...I realised my hair has too much protein. Being low porous, my hair doesn't need so much of that. So I won't do protein treatments for a couple of months.
    Great content Neki! 🙂💋💗

May I ask, how did you get your test? i.e how did you find out that was the problem?
      Thanks

@@jadootv9477 Hi there, I've done a lot of protein treatments for the last 1,5 years. The way I know it's protein overload is: my hair felt stiff, it didn't hold moisture too well and my ends were constantly tangling.

Thanks for the tips. You have so many clay wash videos! 🤩 Is it possible to go through a hair routine using moisturizing DIYs? New to ayruveda and uncertain where to start. Thank you. 🤓
