They just came out of the oven and they are soooo good! And really easy and fast to make! When i was rolling them out, they fell apart because they were a little dry, so I put a tiny bit of butter on my hands and pressed them together, then rolled them. Don't use too much!

Well did u crack the whole egg into the bowl or used the required amount as showed in the video through the measuring cylinder? That might be the reason .... Or maybe your butter was too melted

Made this but placed small chunk of walnuts in the middle of each ( i just love walnuts in almost every bread and pastry i bake 😅)...heavenly!

To make cake flour : Measure 1 cup all purpose flour. Remove 2tbsp all purpose flour from it and replace with 2tbsp corn starch.
