Thanks for your question! In my experience, superwash wool yarn tends to feel less scratchy, but it can be tricky for beginners because of its stretchiness. If you're looking for something softer, a wool blend with alpaca (like Drops Nepal, Drops Lima, Drops Alpaca, or Hobbii Uncycled Alpaca Blend) is a great choice! These are definitely less itchy and have a nice softness compared to 100% wool yarns. Wishing you a cozy and enjoyable knitting experience! 😊
@@knitwithesenique thanks so much! I am currently making my first sweater with drops Alaska and it turned out to be a lot scratchier than I wanted it to be. I am gonna finish the sweater but was hoping to find a softer alternative from drops so that I can make a softer material for the next time haha 😊
I used 5 mm (US 8) needles. Play with colors 🎉
Thanks for the proper up close. A lot of vidéo we can’t see properly, now I know I will knit these 2 together it’s gorgeous
I really love your patterns and your videos (and your hair 😩)
Thank you so much 😊
Is Lima scratchy at all? 😊
