    Thanks for all the info! I am just beginning and I felt a little overwhelmed. I was thinking that I might of bitten off more than I can chew by purchasing this camera. You sure make it a lot easier for me, so I hope you just keep making these videos. That way I won't regret my decision. Thanks again!

    Just bought a Canon R10 and this is definitely the best 'Tutorial for Beginners' I've found on TH-cam. I'm glad I found it and would definitely recommend it.
    I'm looking forward to finding my way around this camera and exploring all the features. I really enjoyed your style and you make it all look so easy!
    Does anyone know if there is a Part 2?
    I hope the Canon R10 Crash Course will soon be available - can't wait to buy a copy.
    Keep making this very informative videos.

    Hello, I have a question please?
    I m new to filming and I don't know much but.
    When I started filming the frames are not in real-time. Everything I recorded looks like It left behind. When I recorded with my Samsung phone, I don't have issues like this. The quality of the camera is good but I m not happy with 25fs. It looks slower.

    Hi , i've just purchased my new Canon R10 . I've noticed when on video mode I only have 8 different choices of recording size !! as where is your one in this video shows you have 12 .. I did read out somewhere on the Internet prior to buying this but this was a software update they released earlier on in the year . I have downloaded and installed the most up-to-date film where from the canon website ver 1.3.0 can anybody tell me if this is normal for a UK model ... .. thanks .
    I would send a pictures but I don't think you can on comments ....

    Just a slight error. In the section where you are talking about aperture at 39.30 you say smaller numbers are a wider aperture but you then go on to say larger numbers are a smaller aperture. I know it was just a slip of the tongue but will be confusing for a brand newbie.

    The one feature on the r10 vs r7 that may sway me towards the r7 is 4k 60 with no crop on the r7. If you use an 800 f11 lens with the 1.6 crop for the r10 in 4k 60 you have a little over 2000mm.

      Glad to hear this. It's what I was looking for (I think). A step or two from my SL3. There wasn't anything QUITE there. I could have gone to the 90D but it was missing features. Anything more was out of the price range I was interested in. This plus the nifty 50 and the 16 (didn't get the 18-45,waiting for the 15-30) has been very good on cost.

    Just purch R10, and a novice user; noticed when reviewing the photos on the cameras screen that I have some black blinking pixels, they disappear when I zoom in on the image, but they seem to occur when reviewing any photos taken, is this normal behavior for the screen to do this; is it just a resolution limitation ? any advice is welcome, not sure if I need to return the camera.

    • @arvidruneson
      @arvidruneson 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The black blinking pixels are showing you areas of overexposure; areas where it was too bright for the camera to capture any detail. It can be useful in a lot of situations. You should be able to turn it off, look for "image review" or similar in the menus.
