Thanks guys. The video seems really laggy, was it like that when you guys watched it or is that just a side effect of how you guys overlaid it into your video? Zakk Wylde was a close friend of Dimebag Darrell, the guitarist from Pantera. This performance was Zakk doing a tribute to Dimebag after Dime was murdered. A gunman ran up on stage while Dimebag was playing a set with his other band Damageplan, and shot Dime in the head while he was performing. Zakk is playing one of Dimebag's guitars in this performance. He was playing with his teeth by the way haha.

For some background, Zakk wrote this in memory of his close friend and Pantera guitarist, Dimebag Darrell, who was murdered onstage in December 2004. Zakk Wylde is one impressive guitarist. Thanks for the clip.
Zakk is more than impressive. He's dedicated beyond belief. I cant even guess how many hours he has a guitar in his hand. Whew.
He wrote the song prior to his death, but he did dedicate it to him afterwards.

He was ozzys guitares for years. Some songs have Ozzy singing back uo. Zakk doesn't use a guitar pick. He he usrs his thumb nail. In this video you may notice its painted black.
If you didn't know, Zakk Wylde started as Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist. He played for him after Randy Rhodes passed (check out Mr Crowley live 1981 for a crazy solo by him)

I'VE MET ZAKK NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE SIGNED MY 30TH ANNIVERSARY GOLDTOP CUSTOM GIBSON LES PAUL. IN MY OPINION IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OVERPRAISE HIM. I ADORE AND LOVE HIM. IT'S BEYOND ME, HOW ZAKK WAS NOT NAMED AS ONE OF THE BEST GUITARIST EVER. HOWEVER, JOAN JETT MADE THE LIST. JOAN JETT IS GREAT. SHE IS NOT ONE OF THE BEST GUITARIST EVER.. NOT EVEN CLOSE.. I TOOK LESSONS FOR YEARS, AND I PLAYED A MINIMUM OF 6 HOURS EVERY DAY.. SOMETIMES MORE. YOU REALLY HAVE TO MORE LESS BE SO IN LOVE AND CONSUMED WITH ABSOLUTE DESIRE IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH AND TRULY MASTER MUSIC LIKE THIS..
