After a long absence from your footage, Les, it’s good to see Novelty Island again, with just a corner appearing around 0:41, just ahead of the electric unit! I realise you try not to capture any humans in any detail and you succeeded here. Great footage as always, thanks.
A great video Les i must say S N G looked awesome coming up the slope and into platform 3, superb footage Les loved it , i see what you mean about being chaotic but nothing got past you you got the lot well done matey thanks for sharing take care a t b Syd 👍😊
Hi Leslie - cracking footage especially the class 769. I have sneaky suspicion these units are going to be the "new" trains for EK once electrification work is complete next year. I understand they are bi-modes - so could run under the wires to Barrhead then diesel down to Carlisle - also allows the GSWR to be electrified in sections rather than the entire route from Barrhead to Gretna Junction. Cheers Euan
Les, 6 green frames at 2:26 (right at the end of the scene change). Very similar to the last time. Otherwise nice coverage of a chaotic day on the WCML.
Very strange - I hadnyt noticed that on the master. Checked again and it appears to have been introduced when I put the transition in. I removed and reinserted that transition and its fine. So stumped me.
Awesome Leslie 👍 thank you for sharing
Andy
My pleasure 😊

Thanks Euan. On RMWeb there is an official denial by ScotRail that they are to acquire 769s! However why test run them into Ayrshire?
Wonder what Sir Nigel said to Pride as they stood side by side? Great video as akways
Thanks
