Wow! That was action packed Les. A great day at the station. You are looking a little tanned. Two days ago I had the heat on in the morning, today, 29th., we set an all time record high for the day of 31c.
Thanks David. Wind burn lol. Temperature has been all over the place down to zero some nights!
More fright on the lines again, great. Cheers Mr Gilpin.🚄😎👍
Thanks
Fantastic footage and catches. Enjoyed watching the video and have a wonderful rest of your day.(Steve)
Thanks Steve
@@LeslieGilpinRailways Your very welcome.
I love the BR Mk 1's @ 0:45!!!!!
Network Rail seem to have adopted quite a few
Awesome selection of freight again Les. Not seen a flask train for a while either. Cheers.
Thanks
Certainly is a hot spot for freight movement although much abridged, appreciate your patience, cheers... Andy.
Andy I think everyone would be bored if I recorded everything!
An excellent variety Les. A good day out. Wish Colas would give some of the Locos a wash Thanks again John
Thanks!
Lots of flange squeal on that day Les.
Indeed - it seems to have come back after being quiet for a while
Some spectacular shots you got of the railway.
Thanks!
Boa tarde lindo trem afoto bom de semana ai
Thanks
32:00 - 32:40 was quite mesmerising.
Love those shots
Definitely a fantastic mix, though I had to wait for my TPEs a bit. lol Even another re-painted 43 with all the freight. Good to see the Avantis and PRIDE return!
Thanks Anthony. I record em as they come in but focus a lot on the freight and locos.
Nice vid Leslie. It looks like Carstairs station/junction is completed 👍
Thanks. Still weekend closures for another 6 weeks!
@@LeslieGilpinRailways Oh okay
like it
Thanks
Where had the nuc train come from and gone too? Also the train at 32 mins?
Flask train captioned at 29 mins. Hunterston (power station decommissioning) to Sellafield BNFL. Intermodal is that captioned at 28:30. Hams Hall to Mossend. Waits for crew change, Flask train to cross its path and possibly a ScotRail train running north ahead of it
Great half-hour Leslie. What do you think of the orange powercar? We had him in Newport this morning. If thats normal for Carlisle I'd to see it busy. lol All the best.
Thanks Tim. The 43 does look smart. Well it's back to where it was before the full blockade at Carstairs and the partial reopening.
It’s over half - hour!!
@@cidertom5140 I should charge for the extra footage!
hi Les once again a great video with plenty of variety for us and great to see things getting back to normal for you. i thought it strange to have two test trains at Carlisle but good to see and at least the weather is picking up for you not too cold to stand about anyway look forward to your next video please look after yourself and stay safe please my friend
Thanks!
🧐🦺👌⭐️
Thanks
Looks like the tracks are in a poor shape!!
They don't look too good when I zoom in! Good job there's a 20mph limit
They’ve had a shed load done recently ( excuse the pun ) I think
