This is my favorite bag... EVER. It made me fall in love with luxury bags, it fits all that I need (not too small but not too big), and it is also ICONIC and easy to style! What an amazing bag. I own the souris color (which is my favorite color ever)!
Just got this bag :) A neat trick to make the strap shorter is to tie a loose knot towards the end of one of the straps. It shortens it perfectly and it looks cute! I'm 5'4.

Can’t agree more! Great review! I’m one of the people that knots the strap if I want it shorter. The leather is so soft and forgiving that it doesn’t harm it at all. I don’t keep it that way for more a couple of hours but it’s a nice option when I need to shorten the strap length temporarily.

LUXURY LOVER I believe the bag was created with only models in mind. The tall girls who would have no problems with how long the strap is because it fits them perfectly. The short girls don’t get any love lol

I’m traveling with this bag at this moment in Quebec, Canada. Really really love it!!! I can put my wallet, sunglasses, room key, iPhone, car key, lipsticks, and on top of these it even fits my small cosmetic case!!! I cover the handles with Dior twily, just to add a little fun and difference to the bag😊
This has been on my wishlist for a few years, but I've been trying to talk myself out of it because it's kind of ridiculously expensive and I was under the impression that it wouldn't hold up so well. Hearing you talking about how carefree it is, it's moved straight back to the top of my wishlist!

I have this exact bag in the mini. I loved it so much I purchased a tri-color Nano. Totally agree with your review. The Nano is a great bag and it holds quite a lot!

I am almost desperately trying to find a bag to purchase as my second designer bag and this bag / video just blew my mind with how well it is made (video and bag) and how much actually fits in a size that usually only holds a phone and a lipbalm at max! The price however made me jump a little bit :1 wonder if I might be able to find a nice pre loved deal or fall in love with the Prada galleria once more.

Thank you so much for this awesome review, Amie! I have always had this bag 'in the back of my mind', and after watching your video I like it even more. I'm only afraid the strap is too short for me carrying the bag cross body because I'm 178 cm (5'10). I wish the companies made longer bag straps in general (and of course made them adjustable so they are wearable for all heights). Because most straps are too short on me for cross body, and I am not even very tall. Lots of girls are around the same height and many are taller than me..

I love my red nano too! You may like Mansur Gavriel. I just bought the sky blue mini mini lady. Has the same (hard) structure, crossbody and almost the same size as nano.
Celine nano and the gucci disco is longer sits pass the hip for me, i wish it was a bit shorter, i should take it to my cobbler and have him add another hole to the strap. I like the length of my ysl toy loulou and this mini mini lady. Im 5”1 and the strap is a good length.

Some smooth leather on this bag is shiny like polished. But mine bag's smooth leather looks like yours. Not sure whether it's because of different years produced?

I suddenly wonder… maybe the humidity level of different countries will affect leather! Perhaps that’s why the same bag may not hold up aa well in other parts of the world?

I've been on the hunt for this bag ever since you first gushed about it! I'm not willing to pay full price for a Celine bag though, so I've been diligently stalking the preloved market for one.
Definitely a good idea! I bought mine preloved and got a great deal on it so it's definitely possible.

Dear Amie, I love the look of this bag. I have tried it in a Celine boutique and really loved it. I am on the shorter side but still felt comfortable when I wore it cross body. May be that was for only a few minutes. One of the cons for me is the price unless I get it in Europe. Excellent review, as always. Xoxo Marjan

as always great review - I bought this in souris but it had two issues I didn't like - the hardware of the strap would get stuck and the resin had cracks all at the handles very quickly - plus the contrast stitching highlighted the 'face' too much. but the pebbled black has me thinking again.... but space with this size is just so good!
I have to agree - I think the bag works best in the solid colours. But yeah, space is incredible for the size. Other bag makers need to take note haha!

Perfect timing for this review! I purchased this bag in the black drummed leather and I can't seem to put it down! I'm considering bringing it with me when I travel. Do you know how the drummed leather would hold-up if I got caught in the rain?
My black drummed leather nano holds up so well after rains and snow. I only used dry paper towel to wipe it dry after snow/rain and it looks like new. This is the only designer bag I would reach for when it's rainy/snowy out - it is so carefree
I didn't know that info but great input from Yitong! I have used mind in the rain and snow and it's held up great so you'd think the grained leather would be as good!

I actually don't find that it does! It's very lightweight without anything in though which obviously helps a lot.

Hi Amie, I was wondering do you ever carry an umbrella with you? I think that's my problem often, how to fit in sunglasses and an umbrella as living in London can be unpredictable :D
I don't often carry umbrellas which is why I own about 30 umbrellas (I have to buy one whenever I'm out!). The Nano does fit a very compact sized umbrella though :)
I don't understand these designer bags with unadjustable straps. They're expensive and still, one of the most practical system like adjustable straps is not available... Why? (just a frustration of a tiny girl at 4'10")

Celine doesn't go on sale as far as I know. Best way to get a deal is to go the pre-loved route :)

I don't know if anyone will see this, but I really need help! I just bought the chanel mini bag and LOVE it, but also need a more practical bag for everyday wear. If you had to choose, would you just get a less expensive bag for everyday and keep the Chanel mini OR would you get the Celine Nano for an everyday bag and sell the Chanel mini. I'm super confused! Help!
I have both and I tend the get more use out of my Celine Nano and only use the Chanel mini for special occasions. If I can only keep one, I’d go for the Celine Nano just because it’s very versatile.
I believe the smooth leather holds its shape better. The grained leather loses its shape more.
Oh interesting! I always hear people say they want to go for grained because they think it's more durable!
I heard that's true for the Givenchy Antigona because the grained is a softer leather
