    I have the same bag. Even I don't use it that much, I still enjoy seeing and loving it.

    Hi, beautiful bag. Why does the hardware of your bag looks different. I have 2 of these bags already, but the color I am looking for (blue) is not available in store. The hardware on my bags look different thank yours. I read in some articles that if it looks like the one you have, they are replicas , but I saw another one of your videos where you said that they’ve changed. Could you help? Thanks!

      Hi! It all depends on the age of the bag/edition when it was made!

    If you’re tired of it sure. Personally I’d say definitely keep. Love that bag. Hope you kept it.

    the one change they made to the bag is that it doesn't say Céline anymore just Celine. I think that's a bummer actually because I love French words.
    I just got the outlet store near me & really considering getting a nano or micro.
    I think if you're going to fund something else then maybe sell, but it's in all black so I think it looks classic enough to stay wearable if you loved it

      Thank you! Yes, that was the one change which has always seemed silly to me!

    I think your mind is already made it up to sell it; when you start to consider whether or not to sell a bag, it pretty much means you should (to me) because there is something pushing you to think that way. I actually purchased this bag a couple of months ago for my 25th birthday (after gushing over it for 10 years and finally saving enough to purchase) and I absolutely love this bag... it is a forever piece for me! It's comfortable, casual, chic, understated, can be dressed up or down and can fit a ton for a "mini" bag. Funny enough, your previous videos about it fueled my desire to purchase it lol 😂 But life's short and you've had the bag for years and enjoyed it.. time to make room for a new one that will make your heart sing!!

      I agree! That is the advice I always give- once you consider selling it, it's time! I don't know why I am struggling a bit more this time. I do still think it is a wonderful bag and I have enjoyed it for a long time- all of the reasons you love it are reasons that make it so great!

    Ok now that I watched the video I have to say that your reasoning made me rethink my answer. If this is not a bag that you love, amd since you will be selling it anyway, then sell it now that you can get most of your money back and get something that you love! I love it when I carry a bag that I really love. That is the feeling that we pay all that money for. Let us know what you decide!

    This might be an unpopular opinion, but i think the Celine nano is a better bag than the Dior lady bag. It's more wearable (can be worn with casual or smart casual outfits), the crossbody strap hooks at the sides instead of alongside the top handles (which the Dior annoyingly does), is roomier, and has a less fussy opening. In general, I also like the aesthetics of the Celine brand more than Dior (effortlessly classic vs. Fussy and trendy.) However, I don't think you like the nano anymore so my advice is that you sell it now rather than later.

    • @Chicprofessor
      @Chicprofessor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I agree that the Celine is more wearable than the LD! I do still like the Celine but I know I will sell it eventually so I am leaning towards doing it now :)

      I agree! LOVE the Celine nano and don't get the hype behind the Lady Dior, it just seems too fussy. But from this video it seems like Jessica is ready to say goodbye, so she should do what feels best

    OK, that makes sense. If you already know this isn't a forever bag and you plan was always to sell it eventually, I understand trying to sell it now as opposed to waiting. Mayhaps you can shop around, see what people are willing to pay and what quotes you get and if there is an offer you can't refuse, jump on it.

    • @Chicprofessor
      @Chicprofessor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's my thought! I'll send some pictures into the usual suspects (fashionphile, yoogis, rebag, etc) and then if something is great I'll take it and if not I may wait a bit longer to list it on poshmark :)

  • @iimmannii

  • @samanthamok
    @samanthamok 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I'm on the fence! However, I would sell because personally I feel like the Dior lady behind you practically does the same and if anything gives off a more luxurious vibe. The only two no's I would say is, I'm not sure how much you can make from selling it, I have no experience on the preloved market. In addition, the sentimental values for me personally I wouldn't be able to sell! 💕

    • @Chicprofessor
      @Chicprofessor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! I don't have a sentimental attachment to this bag and will def sell at some point! I do agree that the Lady Dior is similar- just much less casual. I expect I’d make a few hundred dollars

    Well after watching, if it was me I would probably sell it. If the preloved market is good now then I would strike when the iron is hot. Nothing worse than a bag you want to move along that won’t move. Plus, you do have the mulberry bag that’s very similar albeit not black. But you know I’m more mercenary, less sentimental when it comes to selling bags.

    • @Chicprofessor
      @Chicprofessor  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t really feel any attachment to this bag and striking while the iron is hot is calling my name but I want to make sure I’m 100% ready to sell

    I think you’d make good money. The question is when you look at it do you ❤️ it (all practicality aside)? Sounds like no. If your heart is not all about it, sell now.

    • @Chicprofessor

  • @noexcuses5524

    I think it is versatile. Black is always classic. People that complains that bag will die off . They don’t know how to style it to make it more trendy .
    Some people have bag from 1950’s where it’s been inherited from their grandma, etc and it is still looking classic and people asking where they bought the bag but the bag is no longer sold because it is antique classic in a good way

    I haven’t even listened to pros and cons, but I’ll put in a no. My reasoning is b/c it’s adorable and I imagine it would be difficult/time consuming to repurchase at the price you paid. But I’ll let you know if my mind changes in 6 and a half minutes.

    I would say yes you should sell it not beacuse I don't like the bag but actually it is one of my favourite bag and will never let go of mine. I'm just saying yes beacuse each one of us have different taste, wants and loves towards bags or anything and if really like not the one you know what I mean hihihi then probably sell it and i believe nano is kinda in demand so it's best time to sell it on preloved market to get high value. Hope its help 😘❤️

    If you don't love it and think you can make some good money now, sell it. It's better to open up that space in your collection for a bag that you actually love and not one that just gets the job done.

    The 'robot face' on the bag is the reason I didn’t buy. It's look like you are over it, your tone and demeanour reinforces this. Therefore you should sell it, you do have other bags that work in a similar function and enjoy the use of.
